Wowweeee! Love this little bakery. It's a little hard to find, hidden away in some warehouses. Turn where you see the bakery signs as Google was confused. The pastries are so flaky and flavorful, brushed with something a little sweet on the top. It's hard to pick a favorite. We tried the chocolate-filled, guava, peach and the croissant. All were so yummy. We got some empanadas and heated them later for lunch. Also really good. Two is perfect for lunch. Chicken was my favorite. But beef and ham are also good. Make sure you check out this place.

If I could give you more stars I would ! I stopped in here to get a few items because I didn't know this place even existed and I'm so happy I did. This location is tucked away in what looks like kind of an industrial area, it's not an area you would expect. The café is really small, there is only outside seating, but it is so worth the visit. They offer a variety of classic pastries, including beautiful croissants, but I think the star of the show are their empanadas. I ordered one ham and cheese and one chicken and they both were amazing so amazing that I did not get a picture of them. I also ordered a pistachio cream filled croissant, which was divine . The best part of this was that everything was so affordable. I will definitely be making this a place to visit more frequently.

This is a hidden treasure in SRB! The pastries are fabulous & the beef empanada was the best I've ever had! My husband & I ordered 5 things plus a coffee and the total price was just under $15! Nowhere else in 30a will you find such affordable pricing. They only have outdoor deck seating, but it is a cozy spot with Fall flowers and a sunshade. The service is quick & fWe will definitely go back.

Croissants - just like Argentina! We lived there for 12 years so we know! Can't wait to come back and try the empanadas.

Pecan Jacks is a busy ice cream store in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. I visited a few times during early/mid-April and it was booming whether midday or early evening. They have lots of ice cream flavors including flavors that are dairy-free and flavors that are boozy. I tried the Elvis (chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallow and banana), coffee/mocha and Reese's. All were tasty and very creamy. When you put it in a glass bowl the cream sticks to the sides - that is how you know it's good stuff. Dense, little water, and no air whipped in. A scoop is $7, two scoops is $9 and a pint is around $13. I haven't quite figured out how many scoops are in a pint but I know you get to skip the long, slow line. We finally wised up and bought pints but we also only had a short distance to travel home. Overall a good but definitely busy ice cream store. Based on the quality of the product, I'd be happy to return, daily.

BLUF: Excellent breakfast all day and delicious, fresh donuts in a diner-like atmosphere…read more My party of three arrived at The Donut Hole to a long-ish line down the ramp and I was wondering if it's worth it. It is! The Donut Hole most certainly has diner vibes and I suspect the booths are original to its 1978 origins - both of which made for a nostalgic experience. Although named for the sweet, fried confections, The Donut Hole has a huge menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. My table all ordered breakfast even though it was lunch time. The breakfast was awesome - omelettes, pancakes, poached eggs, cheese grits, coffee and the most delicious rye bread. I had the sausage and cheese omelet and there was something about it that made it better than other omelettes I've had. Also, I loved the rye bread - it was sliced thicker than what I am used to and it was very pillowy. I enjoyed it dry but it was also good with a little butter. We waited about 20 or so minutes for a table, but once seated we enjoyed prompt, attentive, excellent service. And's let's not forget to talk about the fresh made donuts! Oh my, there were a lot of flavors to choose from and none of them disappointed. Initially I went with a chocolate frosted and Bavarian cream filled donut. But then a fresh tray of key line donuts came out and I had to get one of those too. My sister ordered a few and we took them back to our rental, cut them in quarters and had a donut tasting party. Delicious! I am looking forward to my return trip to The Donut Hole. A visit to Santa Rosa Beach would not be complete without a stop at The Donut Hole.

Holy tortugas! This place rocks and no wonder it is packed, the word is out…read moreVery smart scheme, they don't need any advertising because it is by word of mouth, our next door neighbor from Pensacola told us about the donuts and other items in the menu I ordered an omelette with mushrooms and cheese and it was like they would have told me to go in the kitchen and make it myself disregarding how big my stomach and my appetite would be, very generous that not even the picture makes justice to how well and generous was. Do you think I left any in my plate? no sir! Wife ordered two fried eggs that come with hash browns and biscuit and she barely finished too. Kathy was our server with a smile from ear to ear that made our day, very patient and took our order quickly and accurately. Considering the number of people in the restaurant our food came out quickly. We asked Kathy about something we saw next table and could not guess what it was on the menu. Apple fritters she said so we ordered one to go, well have it with coffee tomorrow There is a well known breakfast franchise across the highway but they are no competition to the Donut Hole, just simply there is no other place I have been in the Nation that serves as good as this and I have been to quite a few, I wish there was one near home. Place is well lit and inviting with enough personnel to tackle the crowd Place is crazy busy and when we left the line was all the way to the front porch Are we coming back? you bet we will in the week and a half we have left in Paradise. Only about a mile from Topsail Hill State Park and next time we will take the bikes, easy ride on the bike lane on Highway 98

Still love your personal touch on recommendations! Ordered the calamari for appetizer which was one of the best we have ever had!! Exceptional. So many new choices.. We already made reservations to return with our entire family! Here are a few pictures to drool over! The grouper piccata was exceptional over pasta with a delicious caper sauce. Of course my hubby got his favorite.. the famous ciopinno ( the best of the sea in a bowl, grouper, jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops and calamari!!) The wild caught alaskan salmon over sautéed spinach an added new favorite. Can't wait to return and try all the new items and of course our old favorites! FYI For those who are gluten free the chocolate torte is to die for. Still BYOB plus other soft drink options. It was a pleasure meeting the new head chef John who personally came out to introduce himself. We love crust!! 5 stars all the way. Miss you Mark, but Kim is carrying on your legacy! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!…read more Trust me, I'm not easily impressed by restaurant food, but the food we had here was incredible and super high quality. We ordered the Crab Cake, Manicotti, Eggplant Rollatini and Cioppino. Every single dish was constructed of high quality ingredients and expertly crafted. The yum factor was off the charts! Nothing was faux or "trying to hard" fancy, it was authentically delicious and amazing. Just beautifully prepared with delicious flavors and presented with class. We left almost "stunned" by our experience. We will definitely be returning (soon) for those Lambchops we saw heading to another table...and to try more items on the menu. This place is a gem that should not be missed if you live in the area of Grayton/Santa Rosa Beach and certainly worth a drive from Destin.
