I didn't drive, I was in a Uber. So with Uber you only have a time limit at each stop, but thankfully the Uber driver was so nice and pleasant and I explained the situation and they didn't leave me. And I had autistic individual with me as well, so that could've been very bad. I know she just looked at me crazy because she was supposed to call and reach out and let me know something. So the whole time I'm there. I'm waiting for her to you know come talk to me or something. She's in the back just laughing and joking and you know just back there not upfront. The pounded yam, which I was so shocked that you have to pay for separately now it's not something that you can request as a side with your meal like how you used to be able to, on DoorDash that's how it is. The pounded yam was very soggy. My only issue with this location, is they just don't seem like they really care to put effortin, Idk if they lost their spark or care to deliver great food. I think that they give mediocre because they're not really interested in sharing their culture with Americans, it feels like they give us very poor quality food because they know half of us don't know the difference. But that's a bad look because individuals who are from their culture that come and look for authentic food come and eat. I've seen reviews were they review saying how they're not making authentic food, and selling old food. So it's very unfortunate. The places that I used to get very good African food from are no longer open, which is unfortunate. Covid took them out of business or they relocated to another state, and they were really really good and consistent very pleasant. So Yen need to work on, customer service.
