They promised a replacement and a refund review, but by Monday nothing had been done. The staff I spoke with were dismissive and unhelpful, saying they "don't work weekends" and could only "avoid" lilies but not guarantee anything. They said there was no way corporate would provide any concession or discount. In the end, I had to repay delivery fees, and the replacement arrangement was small and poor quality. Overall, the lack of communication, rude service, and unsafe substitution make me unable to recommend this florist--especially for sensitive occasions.
