Hi Christine!!
You are a LIAR. Perhaps you should get your patients right BEFORE you reply. Also, there is a space for the vendor to respond to reviews, which you could have utilized instead of responding with a 5 star review to try and get more people into your office, when you clearly can't handle the workload you have now. I would have been fine with waiting an hour, or even an hour and a half. I called on Friday, my appointment was Monday afternoon-so same day care/emergency appointment? No. You did nothing regarding my medical coverage, other than what you should have to do in verifying anybody else's healthcare-in the front desk words, based on the location of the teeth. Also, I never told you I was in pain-or that I would wait all day, as 1) I wasn't in pain and 2) I would not have taken off of work to sit in an office for 4 hours without even seeing a dr. I'm sure HIPPA would be pleased to know that you are talking about a patient's medical coverage on a public forum. You did not STAY over and see me, I was there at 2:30 in the afternoon for my 3:00 appointment. I never asked for any narcotics over the phone, nor did I treat the person on the phone with any disrespect that wasn't directed at me-ergo, talking over me the whole time with stupid questions like, did I take motrin? AFTER telling you I had listened to the surgeon's directives down to the letter.
As for my failure to mention a patient with an injury-No one in the waiting room (for 4 hours!!) was made aware at all. Myself included. I have no way of knowing there was an emergency case, because a simple, "Hey everyone we have an emergency that is taking longer than necessary" would have explained away all of the frustration of EVERYONE else in the waiting room. Plus- the front desk receptionist (who, by your *excellent* customer services skills as shown in your review, I'm assuming, is you) also told me "Yeah, some days are just like this-we get so busy!" that was the ONLY thing said to me about any wait time. And again, as I stated initially-additional reviews state outrageous wait times on more than one occasion.
At this point, I would have been glad for you to "elect to cancel" my case-as you can't even get your patients correct, nor do you handle yourself like a business should.
This office is a JOKE. I have had to go 3 times to a DIFFERENT oral surgeon to fix complications arising from this office-and all 3 appointments have taken less than half of the time with them, that I spent in the waiting room at Chesterfield Oral Surgery. I used Commonwealth Oral Surgery off of Harbor Park for all my follow ups, and they could NOT believe the way this office practices. It's a shame that the receptionist is such a rude hag, because the surgeon seemed polite. read more
