The sub level of post care from this dentist has left me in pain without any recourse…read more My procedure happened on October 30th and I was sent home with no post care instructions, just a remark by the assistant that I should be good to eat and feel all numbness go in 2-3 hours. I had to go back with days as the bite was painful even with drinking water. I am no dentist and can not self treat. I had to go back 2 second time with a week and the dentist waving his hands in the air simply said, he can't do anything!!! When I voice my frustration. He refused me any further treatment and said I could go see a different dentist. I followed a medical practitioner's advise to preventive care and am now left with pain and suffering, neither of which I had, had gone to his office for a free dental cleaning. Today, he replaced a crown that had come off, and his work prompted me to write this review. He first had to reshape the tooth structure under the crown and prepare the tooth and then re-cement the crown. There was no discomfort and everything was fully explained. The crown feels great. The office staff is also very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this office, and in particular, Dr. Lenoir.

I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn't able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo'ed and aww'ed at them, saying "oh they are just angels!" the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person--expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great -- we are definitely lifers. Claimed they had tried to call me but didn't then claimed I was not part of their text yet I received the confirmation text on Saturday.. today is Wednesday btw... So basically I asked for my 100 dollars for cancelling... they claimed they could do that to me but not me to them....all the people in there were very disrespectful and the office manager even literally laughed when discussing the situation...
