I went to see Dr. Stanalajczo for the first time yesterday to get a filling looked at. He immediately told me the issue and started working on it. I normally feel needles for the novocain, but I didn't feel any pokes at all! During the 25 mins he worked on my tooth, I did not feel a thing but a little pressure - which is how it should be. He made sure I was comfortable and always warned me of procedures he is getting ready to do. It was such a breath of fresh air to be at a dental office where the dentist really cares about your well-being. He doesn't try to "sell" you things either, like getting random work done, but tries to find an alternative for your ailments. I highly recommend seeing him for your dental needs. You won't be sorry!

Truly a family doctor. The entire staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I'd also like to note, his practice had a wonderful atmosphere. Soothing music played while they work on your teeth, not a speck of dust anywhere and an updated interior.

Unbeknownst to me, he left fairly soon after, and Bloink now has a new primary dentist Dr. Kaur. I gave her a chance, and unfortunately it was the worst dental experience I've had. The drilling felt aggressive, the local anesthetic was applied carelessly and left a bad taste, and after I described the issue three times, she smoothed the wrong side of my tooth without even examining the area first -- leaving sharp edges on the correct side that now trap food more easily. I wasn't comfortable letting her attempt a fourth fix. As much as I've valued this practice over the years, I can't risk going through that experience again.

I received a call back from the office manager within an hour or so of putting in an emergency appointment request, and they managed to set up an appointment for me as a new patient even though they were all off for Christmas Eve. By 2 pm that day I was patched up and back on the road to see my family. Really appreciated that she and her team took the time on their day off to help make sure I could enjoy the holidays. I've lived in six states and had dozens of dentists over the years, and she seemed great. Modern office and a very polite team that knew what they were doing. Avoid Dr. Jane if you value your time, money, and smile…read more I first saw Dr. Jane in 2018 to address TMJ issues, and she referred me to a specialist. I spent years with that specialist and returned to her in 2021 to complete my treatment, under the impression that it would only take two years. It's now nearly three years later, and I'm faced with two choices: switch to another orthodontist or live the rest of my life with a smile I'm not proud of and unresolved jaw issues. Dr. Jane has shown a complete lack of care and attention to my treatment. For almost a year, I've been told that I'm "just a few adjustments away" from being done. Ten months ago, conveniently after my payments we're over, was the first time she said it was about time to remove my braces. When I pointed out my misaligned teeth and remaining issues, she said we would make the adjustments as I "deserved a perfect smile" after all this time, yet she has done little to make it happen. The problems are blatantly obvious. My front teeth are nowhere near level, I still experience TMJ issues, and my molars are so far misaligned that I can lick the brackets on the outside of my teeth even when I'm completely biting down. When I brought my front teeth alignment issues to Dr. Janes attention she said she "doesn't see it" or dismisses my concerns and said she would "leave a note in my file". Other people notice my teeth are misaligned at a glance, yet Dr. Jane keeps telling me I'm "one appointment away" from being done. The best visit was after she misaligned my teeth so much that my bite was off and I could no longer bite without my jaw popping. Dr. Jane then got visually aggravated with me and told me that was impossible that happened and issues like that are only caused by trauma. The final straw was seeing pictures in her office of other patients with clear misalignment after their treatment. At that point I realized that I will never get the results im looking for with Dr. Jane. I've spent over $13,000 between Dr. Jane and the specialist she referred me to, only to hear from my new orthodontist that I'm still months away from completing my treatment. I asked for a partial refund as I know they spent time and materials on my treatment. Dr. Jane has refused to refund me any of my money even though her treatment has not been anywhere near satisfactory. Now I get to go spend another $6,000 due to her failure to align my teeth. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you're considering Dr. Jane, think twice before committing your time and hard-earned money to an orthodontist who seems incapable of prioritizing her patients' care or achieving satisfactory results.
