It doesn't correspond to what everyone else reported and certainly doesn't fit with our experience. Some people are nasty by nature.) John rushed over because the parts distributor would be closed for the next three days. He wanted to be sure he got to us in time to get any needed parts before the close of business. He could have played around for a few hours to pad the bill or sold us parts we didn't need. Instead, he immediately identified the problem and had the fridge running again in minutes. His bill was astoundingly low. John won fans in our household and we are passing his name along to all our friends. We will definitely be calling John any time an appliance acts up. Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan). Lo and behold, that's what it was, and he knew so before he got here. He had the new fan on his hand when he rang the doorbell. Another nice thing is that he cleaned all the gunk out of the chill cabinet before replacing shelves and contents. All in all Jacob was here for maybe 20 minutes!
