The staff was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent--they were swearing and speaking disrespectfully to customers, treating them as if they were garbage. Additionally, when our driver arrived to pick up the vehicles, they could not locate the person holding the car keys, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they charged excessive storage fees without justification. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and other relevant authorities to address this overpricing and misconduct. This kind of scam-like behavior should not be allowed to continue!

So I gave them a call, Tammy the front desk receptionist was super friendly and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I brought my car there and they thoroughly checked it out top to bottom front end. They found out that it was a flex pipe issue. They fixed it and also repaired my tire which had a nail in it. I have been to many many businesses and this auto shop is by far the most friendly and efficient auto shop that I have been to. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here! They really treat you like family and not a stranger. That makes a big difference. You can do the best work but if you don't have great customer service, it doesn't matter.
