A weekday morning found us back at the beach and a stop at Rosy's. Rosy has since retired and the…read morecurrent owners seem to be improving year over year. The restaurant is still small and at 10 am- full! We had a larger party of 6 and luckily the waitress asked a couple (no food yet) to please move from the 6-seater they were at to a 4-seater, as we were ready to say "uncle" and leave without ordering. Back in the day, Rosy would have never let 2 people sit at a table for 6. As for the food- the giant pancake was a standout. Huge and thick and yummy! Loaded with butter and syrup the entire table ate pieces of it. I had a cheeseburger and fries, it was good- not special but ok. I think the hash remains a favorite of my fellow diners. You can now get hash everyday (back in Rosy's time- it was a twice a week treat). Service is overall a bit slow- but cooking space is limited and they were busy- so it was expected. It's still a cash only business. So bring your dollars, patience, and an appetite!

My server w bangs and glasses was super kind, funny, spunky, and efficient! Same with the younger lady w the fancy highlights. Adorable interior that's very cozy, would be a regular spot for me if I was a local. Ordered one surprisingly big pancake, American fries, a BLT w fries, a side of gravy, tea, and water. Killer breakfast for 28.32.

The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ordered three dishes: the Norwegian herb-encrusted salmon over grilled root vegetables and quinoa, a New Orleans pasta with chicken, and a pistachio chicken open sandwich. Each one delivered. The salmon dish stood out for its char on the root vegetables and the quinoa, which had real texture and flavor. The dressing brought everything together in a way that felt considered, not just functional. The pistachio chicken sandwich was the sleeper hit. The chicken itself was exceptional, and it came paired with kettle chips that were better than any side chips have a right to be. The view of the water made the whole meal feel unhurried and easy, the kind of setting that makes food taste even better. Great food, attentive service, and a view that earns its mention. A complete experience.

I ordered the Veggie Wrap and my wife had then Asparagus Quesadilla. The restaurant wasn't too crowded and the food showed up pretty quickly. Mu Veggie Wrap came wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and was full of fresh veggies mixed greens, artichokes, red onion, tomato, shiitake, crimini, & oyster, red bell peppers, broccoli with fresh guacamole & creamy dill dressing. The guacamole and dill dressing gave it a really nice flavor. My wife was happy with her Asparagus Quesadilla, it was full of flame roasted peppers, onions, tomatoes, asparagus, corn, black beans, wild rice, farmers cheese & spinach. It came with salsa & sour cream and she add guacamole. The server was very polite and service was quick. The restaurant sits on the shores of Ephraim harbor, perfect location for a meal or drinks.
