Would just like to update my review and say we still enjoy stepping stones and my kid is thriving there thank you!!

Truly the best! My 7 year old son has been in speech therapy here for over 1 year and it's been fantastic! All of the staff is so nice and accommodating (even able to do virtual appointments when needed) and the therapists are fantastic....Super outgoing and fun, my son absolutely loves coming here. The waiting area is not crowded at all and is super spacious. We've been seeing Brandie and absolutely love her! She genuine, really outgoing and fun with my son and always has fun games and activities prepared for him to do as soon as he comes in. My toddler also came for a short time too (he graduated) and thought it was so much fun. Most importantly, my son's speech is so much better now:) highly recommend! read more

My son has been with Stepping Stones for nearly two years, and we've had a great experience with both their physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) services. All of the therapists are incredibly kind and genuinely care about the kids. The administrative staff is also outstanding, well-organized and quick to respond. The stepping stones team is wonderful! My son has transitioned from his old place due to aging out and we have had a great experience with everyone at stepping stones. There therapists have been wonderful and we have seen progress with my son. Other important factors such as insurance coverage and flexibility have also been wonderful. We have had less than ideal experiences with other centers and billing but stepping stones has taken care of all of that for us. They are also so responsive to emails which is important to me, I cant always have the time to make phone calls but if I send them an email they always quickly reply to me, even before we started attending. We highly recommend Stepping stones. My son goes to PT, Speech and OT. While it is difficult for him, he does like to go which is really important. read more

I am beyond happy with our experience at Stepping Stones Therapy and with my daughter's results. My daughter began therapy at this facility last summer when she was about nine months old. Her pediatrician was concerned because she wasn't rolling or crawling at the time. Fast-forward to today. She is almost two and is on the go! She's meeting all her milestones. The facility is very clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The office manager Jonna was always very understanding and easy to work with the few times we had to cancel/reschedule. Our therapist Susan was such a joy to work with! So gentle and sweet with my daughter. I am forever grateful to Stepping Stones and the staff for working with my daughter. Owner Brock is amazing and simply put... a great human being who genuinely cares! My son receives 3 services every week. Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech. I absolutely love every single provider. They are professional, kind, fun and overall wonderful people/professionals. My son loves coming here and has progressed so much since we started his services here. He loves Ms. Joanne (PT) and she makes his Therapy very fun and interactive while still keeping him on task. She has so much energy which is very much needed with my son. Me. Dianne (OT) is also great! She has a lot of patience which is also needed with my son. He likes to derail... I had my son evaluated back in October 2020 and I could not have asked for a better experience. My son is still attending and his vocabulary has gone from none to non stop talking now. Candice his therapist is the best with him, she is thorough and patient and a is plus she always has little extra stuff (bubbles to be exact) when he comes that she knows he will like. The staff is so nice and helpful when it comes to schedule changes or making up day for holidays they are closed. We first met Brock and suzanne when our son needed speech therapy in 2013. We were busy and desperate at the same time. In just over 2 years, Brock, Miss Suzanne and Miss Brittany made a difference in my son's speech and therefore his life. You could not believe the kind of progress he has made. In addition, they are very accommodating. When our schedule would change, they would do their best to accommodate us. Any suggestions we came up with was incorporated.
