My child was sick, so she didn't go to therapy for 2 months. But they charged us for the two months. Even though I sent them a notification that my kid is not going. When I talk to the billing team, What's so ridiculous about their response is that I have to pay even if my kid didn't go, and talk to my insurance company about this. And then they sent the same biling three times in a row. I think I'll have to look elsewhere.

This place wouldn't pay attention to the details regarding my sons medical history and made ethical moral and medical mistakes . I believe it was a waste of money and time to take my little one into this medical corporation. We where treated like..., Number 125 as the bunch of the herd . No one cared for my sons needs during tough times . I m hurt that I've allowed adults to be so careless towards my son. Doctor hitha Amin is mean!!!!Tittled a neurologist makes you believe she's knowledgeable, yet has no compasión for children and parents , so, don't be deceived., she made several bad calls medically and ethically , she is unprepared to help our kids specially those of more complicated nervous systems . Because I complained and requested that my child would start on the medicine the previous neurologist had my child on ,she denied my observations as a parent when I told her that me and my sons teachers and therapists thought he was much better when on it. My son cried for days and kicked and scream because she wouldn't call the prescription my son needed. What do they think my son is brat .. didn't the staff know all of his developmental disabilities ???her and her staff decided to send me the fallowing letter for you all to view, knowing how much my baby needs the help. I've attached the letter they sent me. I have the videos of what has happened I never shouted or yield .. all I said please help me!!! So sad when the front desk ladie kicked my son for going in the office and going upside down screaming and wouldn't get out of the office . She looked at me and said get your son out of here. I have the videos and proof if anyone is interested. email me at nikkinikki444@yahoo.com and I would gladly show you all what exactly happened . So sad they would lie like this to protect their own bad behavior . Very petty people for such an honorable labor that is to save the suffering and future of this kids.. you won't find it here. Please read the letter why would someone go in shouting or verbally shredding someone for no reason and by the way I got no email asking what happened how my son was after the facts .., nothing!!! Only a dismissal letter because the neurologist and staff at Irvine cowardly execute in this manner on monthly basis. I've attached a photo of my little one and I and the other one the day my son was having withdrawals from not having his medicine . He is in the cortica irvine office not breathing screaming and shouting .. he was having withdrawals because doctor decided I had said something about the medicine that I never said . I have all the videos . Pls request them and request my recorded phone calls and emails to prove this letter is just a dismissal after their negligence and lack of compassion.

I would spend hours trying to complete the simplest tasks and still get nowhere. I felt numb, heavy, disconnected, like I was barely existing. I've been to several brain clinics in before, and most of them felt cold, clinical, and outdated. Their equipment was old, their spaces sterile, and nothing ever really worked. Jessica and her team, on the other hand, are in a league of their own. They use the most advanced neurofeedback technology on the market, I've done my research, looked into the pricing and specs of the equipment, and they are truly the leaders in this field. I flew to Orange County and completed 21 sessions in just 3 days. Today, for the first time in so long, I was able to sit down, open my laptop, and power through my day with clarity and ease. I reached out to clients, multitasked effortlessly, solved problems, and felt present. It's 5pm and my head doesn't hurt. I still have energy. Before, I would've felt drained, foggy, and unable to do anything. Today I feel alive and ready to enjoy my evening. And it's not just the treatment, it's the entire environment Jessica has created. Her office doesn't feel like a sterile doctor's office. It's cozy, calming, and thoughtfully designed with soft couches, warm blankets, and perfectly dimmed lighting. It's the kind of space where you can truly relax, focus, and heal. This is just the beginning of my journey, and I'll continue to update my review as I go. But already, I feel more like myself than I have in a very long time. I'm so grateful for this team and what they've given me, hope, clarity, and a real chance to thrive.

When I found the Brain Care Clinic, I was experiencing the happiest and most peaceful time daily…read morethat I've ever experienced in my entire life! Problem was, I couldn't fully enjoy it. I just knew the peace I had and the joy that was in it, but my mind was never fully present. It was like I was a floating spectator on the side, viewing this actual bliss with a slight smile on my face. I was emotionally invested and fully aware but truly detached. Like when you see something that truly warms your heart in a movie but you're not in the movie. The problems were these; I suffered from clinically diagnosed PTSD stemming from a previous trauma-filled abusive relationship, I had frequent random morbid images and thoughts that would pop in my head, extreme over-thinking, I could not get a full good night's sleep nor fall asleep in a healthy amount of time and I suffered from chronic migraines. In addition, I have Epstein-Barr (an autoimmune disease) and Hypothyroidism. All this issues together could make even the most perfect life stressful and sad. I was guilt ridden with the fact that I was so detached in the face of such a blessed life. Enter the Brain Care Clinic! I'll spare the absolutely divine and non-coincidental way Jessica came to me at the most perfect time!!!! I was a few months away from being married, I was desperate to get rid of these intruding and awful morbid thoughts that would come up and not carry all these issues into my new life. I tried so much personal care work on my own, which helped in this process but wasn't making any change overall. I started my sessions and by session 3 I was sleeping through the night!!! No doubt helping my over all health. After my session 4 appointment I realized I was driving a long distance, right next to the center divider with absolutely no anxiety. Something I didn't go to the clinic for was help with my anxiety during driving because it was so beside the point compared to the extreme over-thinking and morbid thoughts I carried, but there I was, driving at a normal speed, right next to the cement center dividers that would've typically sent me into a freezing panic attack. You can understand how incredibly dangerous that might be. I was elated!!!!! I just couldn't believe myself and I just knew that this was working! Something I didn't even go to the clinic for was being addressed!!! I felt such happiness and confidence and it's been such a great journey ever since! Jessica and her team are so great at checking in with your progress, remapping the brain if needed and making adjustments according to what they see and feedback you give them. Jessica and Paula actually care about how you are feeling emotionally and every other way in your life. You will feel the undeniable love they have for what they do in helping others. I am now at what I like to call, "the sweet spot!" I am 3 months into my sessions and realize that every single issue I listed previously is GONE. Throughout these 3 months I would have wonderful progress, then something would trigger or change my activity and I would need to keep training to get to a place of progress again, it's literally like working out in the gym on your body. The sessions themselves have been amazing! I leave them feeling so calm and hopeful. I realized time after time that after my sessions I was driving home in silence. The radio and the loud aggressive commercials were not where my vibe was at so I made a playlist for after my sessions that I listen to. I call the playlist, "Calm Music to Smile By." So here I am now, living a life in harmony, one I would describe as truly joyous and healthy and even more than that, it's a life I am truly present in. My mind is nowhere else but in the present, not off obsessing or having awful, negative thoughts! My migraines are very few and far between and when I do get them, they are so mild, and I can't tell you the kind of freedom that provides. That in it of itself is such an amazing gift! My PTSD is truly non-existent, and I never thought for a minute that that was possible. I'm now married and can truly appreciate and feel the happiness that comes along with that and I owe it to these wonderful women and their amazing Brain Care Clinic!!

Please don't waste any more time or money with other doctors…read more We are no stranger to Migraines in our family. And we've been to a plethora of Neurologists. Three out of our four family members have daily migraines. Our journey has been long and hard. When my kids were younger I brought them to see Dr. Hutchinson. She is the BEST person. She's kind and genuinely cares. My kids felt safe with her and she was there for them. Fast forward to 2021. I just had an appointment with Dr. Molly because my Migraines have been getting the best of me lately. She is also AMAZING! She spent a lot of time with me to help navigate my complicated symptoms. She's down to earth and she actually listened. It's likely that you've been traumatized by the medical system. I'm sorry for that. When doctors (even specialists) try to treat migraines that are chronic or complicated, that aren't responding to medications or other treatments - they tend to blame the patient. "It's all in your head", or "Maybe you just need to see a psychologist". They feel helpless within the situation and tend to blame the patient. It must be the patient's fault if the treatment prescribed doesn't work. Neither of these amazing ladies will blame you or shame you for having Migraines or mental health issues. It's not your fault you have Migraines. Dr. Hutchinson's office is private pay. You may be thinking that you aren't worth the investment or you're worried about wasting your hard earned money. Perhaps you're concerned that you won't be helped. I'm here to say that you owe it to yourself to try - even if you've tried everything else. At the very least you'll be genuinely understood and acknowleged. And it's highly likely you'll be treated properly and improve your quality of life dramatically. :)

I've had other neck, shoulder, and…read moreback-related issues, and even after coming to Dr. Chambi specifically for treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome, I've been grateful that he and his office have been able to help me with issues not related to one of his specialties in TOS. More specifically, I wanted to write this review because I've been sad that some people are still trying to "cancel" Dr. Chambi for a lawsuit that happened decades ago. I don't know the details, so I can't defend him or speak about the affected individuals from that time. All I can say is that whatever happened back then doesn't factor into how I judge him today. Dr. Chambi has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. He always listens to any potentially nerve-related issues I have, especially since I deal with a lot of neuromuscular pain on a day-to-day basis due to my computer job. He is one of the few doctors where I don't have to wait at least a week or two just to get an appointment. If I need a refill on medication that helps me sleep at night, such as Soma/carisoprodol, it's easy to call the office and let them know I need a refill because I still medically require it. Of all the doctors' offices I've been to for my chronic muscle and nerve pain, this is the only place that recommended this medication, which has been life-changing for my sleep over the last few years. Whenever I'm in a lot of pain, I always think of Dr. Chambi's office for recommending this medication, which I didn't know about before I started seeing him. He and his team have also been very helpful with my insurance. My insurance, Cigna, denied my claims for MRIs on my shoulders and lower back for the typical silly reason that they needed more information, even though I'm in pain doing simple tasks like computer work, reaching overhead, or even carrying mildly heavy things in certain positions. Thanks to a lot of back-and-forth, persistent communication from Dr. Chambi's front office, his team was able to convince my insurer to approve my initially prescribed shoulder and lower back MRIs after getting X-rays first. Through this MRI push, I was able to figure out that I had mild bilateral shoulder tendonitis and bursitis and even some low back disc herniation and left facet hypertrophy. If it weren't for Dr. Chambi's team, it's possible that I would have had to deal with undiagnosed pain all over my body or have to pay for three expensive MRIs out of pocket--over $1,000. Through these MRIs, Dr. Chambi prescribed me naproxen, and used MRI results to continue treatment with other therapists/specialists and have a better understanding of what was going on with my computer repetitive strain that I was doing to myself. The fact that I can always call Dr. Chambi's office and have them start a peer-to-peer insurance review or at least reach out to insurance to attempt another request--which is done in a timely manner--is really helpful to me. Seeing how many patients still visit Dr. Chambi for various nerve issues, and how he seems to treat all his patients like family rather than just another number in a system, makes me sad that some people discredit him because of an older lawsuit that has nothing to do with the patients he sees today. This can be a huge contrast to many so-called top doctor offices where just reaching the front desk can be a challenge in and of itself. I also want to reiterate, as someone who underwent a simple scalene decompression microsurgery to relieve my hand grip issues from my TOS surgery in early 2023, that I still do not regret choosing that surgery over the internet-recommended option of a first rib removal. This was something that Dr. Chambi and my physical therapist strongly recommended against for me at the time, especially since I have a computer-based job. I was able to get hand relief and my grip back without destroying my body. I wish Dr. Chambi had more in-office hours beyond just Tuesday and Thursday, but that's a minor flaw compared to how he and his office have been incredibly helpful for all my nerve- and muscle-related issues, especially since I could call the office any day of the week.

During my dad's last procedure the "medical assistants" put the breathing tube in his stomach. They did not discover their mistake until several minutes past. My dad never woke up from the coma they put him in. His death was caused by Central Herniation of Brain and Anoxic Brain Damage (lack of oxygen to the brain)...not cancer. Dr. Chambi removed the power of attorney status from my sister and mother by deeming them too emotional to make rational decisions. He then told my uncles that the best thing for their brother was to remove him from life support as soon as possible and to cremate the body...therefore there would be no evidence of wrong doing. Dr. Chambi has been permitted to continue practicing at the hospital due to his ability to generate revenue. However, a search of his background reveals a troubling history. In 1999 and again in 2013, he was sued for fraud and medical malpractice after performing an unauthorized amputation on a patient seeking treatment for nerve pain. The lack of accountability for the harm he inflicts on his patients is outrageous. Please see the attached photo.
