Adam and the guys were extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the installation of my audio equipment. I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK and so I was worried about upgrading it's stereo system. Plus, I was worried that the equipment I purchased elsewhere, might not fit. Come to find out the casing for my Bluetooth Stereo was the wrong one. Instead of charging me extra, Adam simply went ahead and inserted the correct one without bothering me with the details or charging me. That was so cool. I'm very happy with stereo depot. The people were nice and helpful. Not super "salesy" I had a problem with the Aftermarket stereo that was already in my truck when I purchased it from a Toyota dealer. I couldn't hook up my phone and the message was saying memory full. Also my reverse camera wasn't working. I was amazed that these guys took my truck in right away and charged me basically pennies for completely fixing my entire system and my back up camera. Had them install a Pioneer AHV 2330 series with Apple car play and backup camera. Had an issue with brackets and a broken part but Carlos made it right by installing a light bar I bought for my inconvenience. He even gave me an upgraded switch for it. My truck looks awesome. When you go in ask for Carlos first thing. Hector the installer was very friendly and very busy but made sure I was taken care of along with Carlos. Thanks guys for the awesome set up on my truck. I took my BMW 2016 to get a back camera installed (my car didn't come with one) and Jazzy ordered me one that was specifically for my car. It is perfect!! The guys there did it in a few hours. Jazzy also had them install an HDMI cord (at no charge) that goes inside my glove box to hook up to my phone and I can play Netflix onto my BMW LCD screen. Went back a few days later cause I noticed something on my screen and Ali took a look at it...just a slip of the camera! All fixed! The guys there are great and know their stuff! I normally don't take of my time to do this but this store takes advantage of any situation they can. I have an amp install with a big speaker box on my extra cab Sierra and I'm leaving the country for the holidays. Was looking for the rite box for under the seat and this shop seem to have it so I bought it. They install it very poorly and sounded horrible. Wires everywhere fire hazard their excuse was that they didn't have time to finish the job smh. So I finally get someone to reinstall everything and retune I ask him why does it sound like that? He's response was "well your box is old and cracked broke" he showed me where without knowing I just bought that box Sunday. It's not about the money it's the principle and for this place to do that take my money then think they're going to make it ok. I'm sorry but if you truly care about your car and quality work DO NOT TRUST this place. I have dread reviews here which made me do this. I found this place on social media and it was close so I took my car in for speaker replacement. The salesmen were fast talkers but knew their stuff. When I had a Bluetooth module installed so my phone could link with my installed stereo, Ali told me exactly what the downside would be. I had a problem with the install but they immediately corrected it. It just took another visit. Their prices were a little higher than others but it wasn't anything I couldn't live with. Best place around to get your car stereo upgraded or fixed! After having them install my stereo some 2+ years ago it was time for a head unit upgrade. Decided on the Pioneer 601ex. Their installed price was less than what I could have bought the same head unit for on Amazon. I had an issue with my Android phone working properly with the bluetooth feature and they simply had to download a new firmware version and install it. Fast, friendly, helpful and very well priced. My son installed a back up camera in my car. It was fine for a few weeks then went out. I called and made an appointment with stereo depot. It took a while to get the appointment. I had to wait a week. My appointment was for 9 am. I waited outside due to COVID. I was first one there. They made me wait for 35 minutes while they were clearly helping other customers. They got really busy really quickly. A lot of people showed up at 9:00. I was starting to get pretty pissed off when they finally took my car in.. It only took 10 minutes to fix the problem but I was irritated and had an attitude when I went up to pay. I thought it would cost a LOT. Then they told me " No ma'am, there's NO CHARGE. It's free." What? Apparently it was an easy fix so they didn't charge me even though the didn't sell me the backup camera or install it. They just helped me. Really nice guys. I went with the Clifford alarm which gives me peace of mind because I will know if someone is tampering with the vehicle in the parking lot when I am in my house, my key chain will alarm. A big thank you for taking the time and for your honesty! My existing touch screen navigation system went dead a few weeks back. After checking that it was getting 12v I went shopping for a new unit. I hit up a couple place that wanted to sell me units that were over 700 but when I arrived at Stereo Depot they took the time to come out to my truck and investigate further. To my surprise they quickly located a tiny reset button hidden just below the volume knob, when they pushed it with the tip of a pen the unit came alive! OK, this is an absolute 5 star place. Ask for Carlos if you can. I have a 2001 Ford F250, original radio. Time to get it replaced just to get Bluetooth and other modern amenities. They will NOT try and oversell you. No pitch to install speakers, an amp, or other things. I'm old, but knowledgeable and admit I asked if the speakers were fine, he said they are. Cool! On pickup, the installation looks great! I asked for a backup camera and it integrates perfectly. Sounds phenomenal! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF LIGHTING HOOKUP. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in May 2018 to have my lighted mirrors hooked up. The owner (I believe) forced me into purchasing new tail lights from them claiming my old ones were messing up the new lighted mirrors. When they removed my old tail lights, I was scolded by both the owner and the installers for "not mounting the regulators properly". When the new tail lights came in I brought my Jeep back to have them installed. Everything worked great for a few months but then my reverse lights started coming on everytime I stepped on my brakes and my turn signals were only intermittently working. Fast forward to now, my left turn signal front and back aren't working, right tail light doesn't work and my reverse lights don't work so I decide to replace my tail lights. When we removed the tail lights I was forced to purchase from them we found the regulators ZIP TIED TO THE WIRES. These metal regulators get hot and guess what happens when a hot piece of metal is zip tied to wires? THEY MELT. Those melted wires of course burnt out the fuses for the tail lights and reverse lights. They also did not install a quick disconnect for the driver's side lighted mirror. The point of a Jeep is to be able to remove the doors, you can't do that when things are hard wired together. Makes absolutely no sense that they did a quick disconnect on the passenger side but not the driver's side. Now everything finally works again because WE re-installed new lights and fuses. I will never bring a vehicle here again. read more

They threw in a bunch of stiff at no charge as well. They do package pricing and it ended up being more affordable than I thought it would be. Got my car tinted yesterday. They were helpful and nice, and the tint looks great! **The tint was actually done across the street, so my issue is with them and not the actual Stereo Depot.** I took a star because they did not mention that they broke off my door handle. It was fully my fault that I forgot to mention that one handle couldn't open, but they could have let me know that they accidentally broke it off and apologized. Instead, they glued it on which I found out after just breaking it off myself. I know my car is old and beat up, but I love my car and I've been slowly putting money into it to make it nicer. :c I do not appreciate them hiding things, but otherwise everything else is good and as expected. read more

I don't know where to start, I do not want to sound like a Karen but their work was not great at all neither the price. I went to Audio shack first since they did a really good job on an install I had with my old car so I decided to go back to them again but they were booked for the whole day *because of the great job they do* and I couldn't wait to have my subwoofers installed in my car. So I decided to try stereo depot since they were down the street from audio shack. Keep in mind I've never been there before. I go in and they were able to take my car in for an installation. I get my car back in 5 hours and it was not how I expected to be. They left my whole car dirty right after it was detailed, it was almost as if they were working with drywall, white dust all over the mats. 2 months later I have some wiring issues I check inside the subwoofer and sure enough they did not do a good job wiring the subwoofer. If you want to go back and fix their mistakes go to them. I do not recommend all these other reviews are fake! They probably had their friends do them. I recommend you guys Audio shack if you guys want a good price and high quality work. read more

First had them do some work they broke my sil plate and my glove box the pin that holds it forgot to reattach the cable for the damper also rats nest of wires for my alarm I mean bad drilled holes they didn't need to in a new car one safety they wrapped the alarm antenna cable around d the airbag curtain so it would not of deployed or killed me the alarm so.etimes does not unlock the doors I get error on screen from remote starting it on top of I asked for features ro be implemented they ignored them then o. Top of that they just slapped the alarm together and I I stalled a high end system I. Not happy at all plus some times they treat you bad don't acknowledge you when your there I've seen them smoking vape pens on top of drinking beer right in front of customers plus they charged me way more than.
