When I tried it on the boob cups were at my collar bones. They blamed my boobs saying they were too big for the dress even though the dress fit perfectly with the pins before they the sowed it. I had to have them undo some of the alterations. Other bridesmaids in the wedding went here and had problems with their dresses too. Also my friend in the wedding said that when she picked up her dress they held it up to my dress for reference (since both dresses had been shortened to Tea length) and when they saw that the dresses were totally different length and they didn't fix hers.

The dress hadn't fit quite right when I came in and, even though I had only intended to get it shortened, they were able to make some small alterations to other parts of the dress to make it fit perfectly. Customer service can be mixed and turnaround time can be really on the unacceptable side of things. It's hit or miss. I don't use these services often otherwise I'd have more to say. They were fairly professional last time I was here, picking something up for my Landlord. My caveat is that it was last winter, not this winter. I came here about 5 times in 6 months but then took forever to write the review. My bad.
