Our 20 year old Dacor oven was not heating properly and wouldn't hold temperature. Steven was very honest in providing quotes and if the repairs would work. Fix-it repair was quick to answer my inquiry about getting refrigerator looked at. It is an older model (20 Years) and I thought the freezer seal was bad and would get it fixed so we could take our time picking out a know fridge. Max arrived early, texting to see if it was okay if he came earlier, and quickly discovered the seal was fine and the problem was where the flap was not closing properly.
