He said it just needed a cleaning but the actual ice maker needed to be replaced. With my fridge being 13 yrs old i was really worried about having to get a new one, im glad Tommy was able to fix it in a jiffy!. My oven started failing on my gas range the day I tried to make thanksgiving pie, as the pilot would intermittently turn off during baking. Next day a friend suggested I try repairing the oven instead of looking to buy new in case it was a quick fix. Sent inquiry out via Yelp to field responses from companies and this company called me first. Tommy was out within 3 hours to troubleshoot and told me it was the igniter. It was fixed within an hour and I don't need to buy a new oven or try to figure out if my other bake appliances can handle making pastries for Christmas in lieu of my oven. Tommy's a great guy & a great business owner. He was fast to get back to me, was at our house within a few hours & at a reasonable amount, had our fridge working again within a couple hours. We have a Samsung Bespoke fridge just a little over a year old that started leaking from the middle drawer. After a frustrating month of constantly toweling up water (thanks Samsung), the freezer just stopped working. My dryer started to make a lot of grinding noises and was not heating up to dry my laundered clothes. So I reached out to Alpha & Omega to help diagnose what was happening w/ my dryer and hopefully fix it since I had wet clothes to dry! Tommy, the technician, and his associate, came on the same day I called, which was thoroughly appreciated and were very respectful of my time. Tommy showed me the condition of my dryer and took "before" pics. When they were done, they showed me the "after" condition of and cleaned up the dryer and everything including their work area.
