I recently had to visit Steve Hahn Kia over 3 separate appointments to fix a sensor issue on my car. When I visited for the final appointment last week, I told them I was concerned about a severe grinding sound I was hearing. I ask for them to check that twice and they said they were pretty sure it had to do with the sensor. When I was checking out, I asked again they said that everything looked normal. It wasn't. Two days later I took it to Les Schwab. My rear breaks were metal on metal and I needed new rotors too. I can't believe that I asked about this THREE TIMES at the Kia Service Dept and they said all was good and safe and sent me on my way. Unbelievable. read more

Go somewhere else. They are fake and all friendly while taking your money. My car is still under warranty which in their opinion means zero.. I have a 2020 kia sportage known for oil consumption issues. But they will find the tiniest reason to call the warranty invalid. I urge you to not buy Kia and definitely not shop steve hahn the only back they have is their own. read more

My wife's engine blew a year ago. Kia replaced it under warranty. Good service! 4000 miles later the gasket on the new motor failed. We had to pay for this one. Now we question the quality of the replacement motor. Our next vehicle was going to be a Kia. Now, I guess we will see how this motor holds up and do a bit more shopping around Update: After replacing the gasket the vehicle would not shut off and acceleration was choppy. We brought it back the same day and we were told the fuel pump had gone out and that it was unrelated to their other work. There was an odd exchange of texts, a totally unreasonable replacement estimate, (2.5 hours labor for a half hour job), and after we chose to go with a private shop, a very strange text saying Kia's tech wasn't even certain that was the issue. The private shop did the job in an hour and saved us 27%. Problem solved. Conclusion: I am not implying Kia did anything wrong here. The experience did leave me a bit less confident in my local dealer. I am a bit bummed out about that. My immediate family have purchased two new vehicles here in as many years. My wife's next car WAS going to be from these folks. The take-away is to ask lots of questions, keep records, and a second opinion-other shop, could save you a good bit of cash. Just under $500 in our case. Still a possible customer here, but definitely more cautious. read more

I live in Wenatchee and unfortunately Steve Hahn Kia dealership is the closest to me which is a 2 hr drive each way. I had a 9am service appt today that I scheduled approx 3 weeks ago. I arrived to half assed customer service, was told that it would take approx 3-4 hours which I had anticipated. They did not have a loaner car for me and my disabled cousin with a walker but they would pay for a one way Uber ride for us. We went shopping and had lunch and waited for them to call me and tell me it was finished. At 12:30 we caught an Uber back at my own expense to wait til it was done at the dealership to find out that it had not even been started on yet! What?! I asked for my keys back and left. I will not return to this dealership nor will I recommend it to anyone. You wasted 8 hours of my day and a full tank of gas. read more

I was underwhelmed with my visit for service on my Mercedes Benz. I brought my SUV in for a Service B. Service area was clean and welcoming. The work on the other hand was poor. I compared a Service B I previously had in Seattle, and so many things were either missed or not recorded being done, not to mention, the floor was not vacuumed after the service. I know that might be petty for most, but any time I have Service done at a dealership, I expect them to go the extra mile since I am paying the extra dollars! read more

I ordered a Mercedes GLE 450 from Hahn last June. Almost 8 months later, I still have no car. Worse yet, I have no real explanation why. I have ordered many Mercedes vehicles over the years from dealers in the Seattle area.Those dealers were always able to tell me about the status of my order and when to expect the car as it moved through the process. I have asked senior management at Hahn to contact me. I hear nothing. This is inexcusable service (or lack thereof) when purchasing a luxury vehicle. I have been purchasing and driving nothing but Mercedes vehicles since 1984. I know what to expect from a Mercedes dealership, and this isn't it. Hahn is a low-volume Mercedes dealer. They promised me that fact wouldn't impact my order. Apparently, that wasn't true. read more

In deciding on a new car, I was looking at various vehicles and decided on the 2019 VW Passat. Drove the car two months and had a major problem with the engine dying while in traffic. Yes, this really happened to my brand new car. I had it towed to Steve Hahn, where I was told there was no record of engine failure in the computer record of the vehicle, and the male person speaking with me insinuated I was a stupid female who knew essentially nothing. I drove the car for two months more, and the car, in Seattle traffic, spontaneously braked independently. Again, at the dealer, no unusual occurrence had been recorded on the vehicle's computer. Again, I took the vehicle home. Once again, two nearly two months later, the spontaneous braking incident occurred for the third time!! I had decided that "enough was enough", and stated that I did not want the vehicle any longer, that it was dangerous to drive, and asked for a refund on my down payment, and a different vehicle. "No way", I was told. I appealed my case to Volkswagon America, sending them information from my files, as well as the dealership info; they told me "hey, it's your problem". Please do NOT BUY OR LEASE THIS VEHICLE MODEL!! Maybe your Passat will be a safe vehicle; mine is not!! And the last time it was at the dealership for Two Days, and no one even washed or vacuumed it!! read more

All I can say is Fabulous. Jared and the service department are always spot on with their service accessments, timely with repairs, and fairly priced. I also appreciate the maintenance recommendation so I can avoid problems down the road. Give them a try. Whenever I buy a car I make sure it is something they can service. read more
