A.K.A. staff immediately greeted me as I came through the door and consistent with other reviews, I found them to be professional, efficient and kind. They were clear to explain the additional fees and show me on the website/ software as needed. The fingerprinting was done efficiently on the first try. The last live scan place I went to had to try repeatedly for some reason. The environment is calm and peaceful and reminds me of being in a comfortable living room.
