The other day I came in for a "Live Scan" which is a special background check that involves doing a variety of fingerprints on a screen with some fancy paperwork. Our school is requiring this for volunteers. Well the gentleman that helped me was awesome. The fingerprinting is a little tricky and he guided me through the process flawlessly. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.
