Joe is an expert on all types of stone. He got our shower looking like new. I told him the marble bathroom tiles were slippery if we got even a little water on them and I had almost fallen a few times. He suggested "honing" them and he did a great job. The marble still is beautiful and grout perfectly white. He sealed everything. He also cleaned our tile in the laundry room and guest bath and I was shocked about how dirty it had been. We had an area on our wood floors that was lighter due to our removing a rug. Joe said he could clean the wood floors and they are much lighter now since they are clean. I called to get a quote and Joe, the owner, and he was very flexible and communicated every step of the way with me about accommodating my schedule to come for the estimate, and then to come clean it. His pricing is extremely fair and the quality of the work is excellent. I moved into this rental house six months ago and it was pretty dirty. I do not think the tile had been professionally cleaned in the 14 years since this house was built. I was extremely happy with the results. What a difference! Like 90% of the dirt and grime came up and I was impressed. Joe, was also very patient and worked to my satisfaction. When he was finished he asked me to take a look in any areas that I had questions about he went over by hand and assured me when it dried it would lighten up and match the rest of the clean areas, and it did.. Now, when I walk downstairs, I feel like I'm in a clean home. You can sweep and mop your floor to death, but if you've got stained grout it just looks dirty. It's worth the investment to perk up the tile periodically. I have included some before and after pictures of the same areas so you can see how much better it looks. We are planning on replacing our carpet and tile but won't be doing the work for 6-8 months down the road and have company coming next week...So Joe was honest and gave quotes that kept that in mind. For example, he sanitized & deep cleaned the pet stained carpet but didn't recommend the full deodorizing (an investment), as I said we'll be pulling it up soon.
