The office had state of the art technology and my daughter had an extremely thorough eye exam. They had a huge selection of frames (even for kids)! She was allowed to try on frame after frame before finding the best fitting pair. Skylar, the optician, then meticulously adjusted again and again, until the best fit was obtained. Dr. Le is a nice doctor but the receptionist is rude. I sat in the waiting area and watched her…read morebelittle an elderly lady who just had an exam. The lady had questions about the process of getting glasses and the receptionist rudely exclaimed, "No! That's not how it works! You have to wait for the glasses to be delivered!" It made the poor lady reply that this was new to her and I felt so bad for her. The receptionist used the same tone with me when I asked about frame options. She handed me a box of glasses that were all too small for me. I asked if there were other options and she exclaimed, "Yes! They're in that room!" As if I was supposed to know I was welcomed to stroll into an adjoining room and start digging through other boxes. She also left a voicemail when my glasses were ready and failed to mention their lunch hour was 1-2pm. I stopped by on my lunch break and they were closed for lunch. This is an important aspect that should be mentioned. Not recommended based on the poor treatment from the receptionist.
