They did not offer to see me so I was left with these reoccurring infections and didn't know where to go for help. So I would ask my general Practitioner to write me prescriptions for antibiotics any time I had a flare up. After two years I finally found his new practice and made an appointment to see him. He never offered any explanation as to why 2 of the implants were having problems but did a treatment plan at the cost of $43,000. I declined because I felt like he had dropped the ball during his absence and was very Leary of him doing anymore work on me.

Fast forward to last year, I was finishing up my Invisalign treats and sought out another consultation. Again, she was fantastic. Informative and detailed and gave me my options to proceed. It is not very often that I find a doctor will suggest waiting on a treatment, but she gave me good guidance to wait until my teeth had settled with my retainers for a while. So fast forward ANOTHER year. I scheduled another appointment and got a final consultation with lots of guidance on how to proceed with either a pinhole procedure or gum graft, taking my post Invisalign treatment into careful consideration. I opted for the pinhole procedure and currently in post-op healing which has been so incredibly easy and painless. I cannot recommend this office and Dr. Hayes enough. Dr. Hayes has been nothing but consistent over the past years as I sought consultations and committed to the treatment. Her evaluation and guidance over everything was very personalized to me and I appreciate all of her knowledge and guidance during my healing process.

Sara touched me for 1/2 hour out of the 2 1/2 total. People worked on I didn't know their credentials yet alone their name. They spilled cement between my teeth, which took forever to get out. here for 20 years and I've never been so disappointed. Plus in addition to the the office provides, the filling replacement $600. Every other experience has been perfect. This was a disaster!
