Stay away, All the want is money. Their filling are very expensive. I had about $2500 work done there and my dental insurance paid there share and leaving around $500 they billed to me. I paid my share of $340.00 and requested by letter that they bill my other medical insurance company for the remaining debt of $175. I got no response to that request. Next I heard it was turned over to a collection agency. I have never been treated by a medical or dental provider with such money grubbing behavior over $175. When I called Byers office to ask why they hadn't responded to my letter I was treated to more angry verbal abuse. read more

I had gone to some dental office off the 163 where they numbed you and left you for 15 minutes (with your mouth propped open - very uncomfortable) while the dentist went to work on another patient. He couldn't finish the root canal the first time and I had to come back and go through all that torture again. He still couldn't access one root so thankfully a coworker suggested I go to Dr. Byers. I saw Dr. Byers office on an emergency. 850 Cash up front of course. I am leaving this review under an alias just because I don't normally do reviews, but a year plus later they are still trying to bill me. You can have a great experience with the guy, if you have good or great teeth. As others who's reviews have either been removed or pushed down indicate, his chair side manners can span unprofessional to rude to totally pleasant. In my case, he was rude and degrading as others who posted negative reviews seem to indicate. He is always late, makes no excuses for flying his airplanes, and rushes through major work. I was poorly treated and ignored and ultimately had to have the tooth replaced by another dentist after spending money on it and other procedures he wanted to do. I came in for one tooth and left with a few other issues. I wasn't going to even bother to leave a review, but his new office staff seem to want to bring up old business and try to collect money for work that wasn't even completed. They ignored me for months after and then started sending bills for unfinished work, even after I explained I wouldn't be going back. They kept trying to bill insurance even after. I came in for one tooth and he damaged another. I came in for one tooth and he sat there calling me names in the chair and implying things inappropriately. I came in for one tooth and he was supposed to fix it and then decided he didn't want to and wanted to do other work instead. That one tooth went from a crown to an implant because of Dr. Byers. Now you might have a wonderful time in his office. Some do, some don't. But that's because Dr. Byers isn't professional and can't hide his personal opinions, even when he's far from the truth. The most unprofessional and uncaring dentist I have met to date. The office and staff are nice, and he might be a great guy, but he cost me a lot of money to fix something he was paid to fix and decided he didn't want to work on. Ultimately, there's a lot to this story, but if you have an emergency or a major issue, go somewhere else. If your going to be treated poorly, you might as well pay less too. If you want unnecessary treatments, or have great teeth, then sure visit him. If you expect your work to be perfect, you better hope he likes you. I was in his office when someone was complaining about the same thing I went through and bad work. It happens in dentistry. But ultimately your going to pay a lot, and you may be one of the few he just can't be bothered to treat properly. I think he finds his own brand of humor funny. Ultimately, he's a dentist, so see him if you need to. But be advised that he really doesn't care what you think and he will generally tell you that along with a slew of other things. I found him offensive. Your mileage may vary. But I wouldn't go back if my jaw fell off. A year plus later and they decide they want to contact me now and act like they don't know any of the back story. They obviously don't keep records or notes effectively. I left a lot out of this review. The fact is came in for a tooth, questionable work to save the tooth turned into work on other areas that he felt necessary but was not what I came in for. When questioned about repairing the tooth I came in for, they stopped responding for months, so I went to another dentist who said it should have been repaired immediately and had to come out now entirely. Thousands to save a tooth, thousands to now replace the tooth, and not a single word beyond some billing statements after sending multiple texts and emails for months. A tooth that should have been saved is now lost, and I am out thousands more than I should have been if he would have done what any other dentist would have done and repaired it and not placed a temporary on it for months for no reason other than he wanted to probably try to get implant money out of me later by saying oops too bad. If I would have known I would have gone elsewhere sooner, but I trusted him until his chair manners became too much, the wait became too long and he just wanted to work on random other things instead. Every visit we talked about the tooth and every visit he basically ignored me and worked on something else. I can't see in my own mouth to know what he isn't doing. It is what it is. But just be careful of the guy, he's great with some and a inappropriate with others. read more

Everyone was super nice right from the front door. I was able to get in to an opening appointment due to a cancellation and I needed an extraction bad! The people at the front desk the Dr. and the assistant were all so warm and welcoming and I never felt judged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are just out to get your money. I've lived down the street from this dentist for some time, I thought since they are located in Kensington, it could be a great place to make my permanent dentistry. Boy, was I wrong. For starters their equipment must be from 20 years ago, took over 2 hours to do simple x-rays. Regular cleanings took over an hour as well. After filling a cavity my mouth was numb much loner than normal due to the excessive amount of anesthesia they used. Everyone is nice and friendly until you cancel an appointment (that was never confirmed) and they want to claim everything is alright, but then send you a bill for $86. Who charges $86 to cancel an appointment?!? And then when you refuse to pay, they send your debt to a collection agency. Additionally there was an enormous amount of attitude given to my wife over my cancelled appointment. We will never return, take my advice and go the half mile down the road to Kensington Dental where you'll receive a higher quality experience for half the costs. read more

Crown fell out while flossing. I called Dr Byers office after hours, got his cell and called him. He answered, set up at appointment for 8 the next morning, and by 9:00 AM I had the crown back in (pain free!) and was on my way. Dr Byer is kind, efficient, and very skilled. I can honestly say that Dr. Byers's dental practice is the best dentist's office I've ever been to in my life. My experience there was SHOCKINGLY good. They were... honest! They didn't push unnecessary services! They didn't do a full analysis on my insurance coverage and then coincidentally suggest exactly the 3 procedures that would perfectly maximize the revenue they could generate from my insurance! It's a very, very, very low bar admittedly, but 99% of dentists aren't able to hit that absurdly low bar. Typically, I hate dentists and doctors in the same way that I hate sleazy used car salesmen, lying auto mechanics, and dirty contractors. Notice something that all these professions have in common? They all make money doing "piece rate" work. They get paid for "each unit produced or action performed regardless of time or quality." The reason corrupt mechanics push you to get your engine replaced when it'll last another 100,000 miles? Because he gets paid for doing the procedure regardless of time or quality. The reason the contractor tells you that the fireplace needs to be redone when it'll last another 30 years? Because he gets paid for doing the procedure regardless of time or quality. The reason the used car salesman... Well, you get the point. Dentists and doctors will lie to you and push all sorts of unnecessary procedures on you, threatening your health and well being, in order to generate all sorts of revenue off of you. In fact, it's even worse than that. They know that since your insurance company will be paying, you won't say no because "somebody else is paying." But, of course, the reason the insurance premiums that you pay out of your paycheck are so high is precisely because we never say no to procedures pushed on us by doctors and dentists in the first place! Anyway... long story short... Dr. Byers's practice is not an actual dental practice! They're a weird mutant dentistry. They're like no dental practice you've ever seen before. They actually seem to care about your health! They actually won't recommend any procedure unless they believe it's really necessary! They will actually take time to talk to you and ask questions and listen and try to figure out what you want and don't want! It's unheard of! A very, very, very low bar! I have Kaiser Medicare Advantage Plus supplement medical Insurance & it's been over a year looking for a dentist in San Diego area through Kaiser HMO dental plan who can take care of my teeth problem but no success because every single one I tried they would ask for unaffordable cost out of my pocket, then later on I found there were unnecessary advised treatments till, with my wife help we found this dentist office. Make it short if anybody looking for a professional, reliable, trustable dentist this is the one who listen & understand patient needs & work with in a very warm & respectful manner. Here you don't deal with a fancy office but you deal with very professional people. My insurance wasn't acceptable they charged me way less than any other ones asking me for, with lot of none sense recommendations. After having drinks and whatnot the night before, it was sort of a bad idea to have scheduled an appointment for 8am, but we did. Hubby and I came in for a cleaning, hubby hasn't had a cleaning in awhile so his gums are a little tender. After spending about an hour on each of us, we were out of there, scheduling another cleaning in 6 months. While I was waiting in the waiting room, I was asked if I wanted something to drink, I asked for orange juice and got just that. Within a few minutes, I was smelling freshly baked cookies and was even offered chocolates (which I had to turn down since I'm cutting out candies for Lent). Of course, hubby came out of his cleaning and grabbed a few cookies, haha. When it was my turn, they made sure I was comfortable. I got to look around the room with airplanes models since Dr. Byers is a pilot. The hygenist was very sweet, personable and she got to talking and was rather gentle. She complimented me and my husband on the whiteness of our teeth and was shocked to hear that we never bleached our teeth. I was flattered. They handle the insurance so well and they give a list of things that are optional but if you care, rating it 4, being optional and 1 is mandatory. I think it's really cool they list that. They even tell us how they rate your gums, which is great, thank goodness I don't have to do a deep cleaning, because I floss! :) These guys know what they're doing and while scheduling for a follow-up, they completely understand if you need to come in on a Saturday. It works out for us and I don't know any other dentist that is willing to do that for us. read more

I would just like to say that I have never liked needles in my mouth, but Dr. Westwood made the shots pretty much painless. A little about how I became a patient of Dr. Westwood in December 2017 I had my very first cavity and had to have a root canal. I have been a chronic teeth grinder since I was about 3 months old. Well I finally ground my teeth so far down that I was close to the root and I also suffer from dry mouth so after 49 years of no cavities and grinding my teeth to bits. Something had to be done. Starting at the beginning we needed authorization from the V.A. Dental Clinic to fix my teeth. Aaron who I am pretty sure does all the administrative work helped me get the V.A. on faster track than normal because I had a temporary filling and it seems to take months to get the authorization from them even though they sent me to Dr. Westwood to repair or reconstruct my teeth. The offices are great they are in an older house. Almost every room has bird feeders outside the windows, so you can watch the many birds. Although to be honest I slept through most of my procedures. Yes, I really did sleep through most of my procedures feel free to ask anyone. On my first visit Dr. Westwood and his assistant Norma took x-rays, dental impressions, and discussed the treatment plan. I do not think I really comprehended how long it would take to put a crown on all 28 of my teeth. With impressions, shaping the teeth for the crown, crowns being made, so it takes a while to get everything accomplished. I really want to say how awesome Dr. Westwood and Norma are as a team. When I was awake we all joked around and had a great time and they were still completely 100% professional. I normally would not say that about a dentist office, but it helped keep me relaxed going through 7 months of having crowns put on my teeth. I really had no idea of how great the care provided was so great. During the process I broke on of the temporary crowns of and called expecting a few days before I could get in. Aaron told me to come in right now and they would place another temporary crown on right now and they did as soon as I walked in the door they had me in a room replacing the temporary crown. After 7 months of teeth shaping to receive the crowns, countless impressions (Tip: Have Norma do your impressions I did not gag once and every time she got perfect impressions.), and lots and lots of shots. I had my teeth cleaned by Allie and oh man I cannot believe that I walked out of her office without being in sheer pain and my mouth bleeding like crazy. She was awesome my teeth felt cleaner than after any other dental hygienist who has cleaned my teeth before. Overall, I just want to say the entire dental clinic staff are great. Every time I came in I was greeted, and everyone is so helpful. I honestly have no idea how this little gem of a Dental Clinic is not packed with patients with a line out the door. If San Diegans knew how great the care is I am positive, they would need bigger offices. This is going to be my dental office for a very long time. The office is located on the edge of North Park / City Heights in a cute house on Meade Ave. It has a warm, cozy feeling unlike most Dentists located in drab office complexes. Once you walk into the front door, you are greeted with a friendly staff, mellow Jazz, a host of model airplanes and airplane art (Dr. Byers is a private pilot, I am sure I helped pay for some plane parts). I've been seeing Dr. Byers & his crew for probably 10 years, & they are wonderful. I've had cleanings, exams & one semi-large issue with a root canal (done at another dentist) gone bad. When I developed a complication after they fixed the root canal, I literally paged them at 2am when the pain & swelling became too much, & the dentist on call met me at the office to help. Cleanings are thorough, and the women who do the cleanings are careful to avoid sensitive areas when I mention it. They don't chastise me for not flossing every day but always give me gentle reminders of why it's important. The exams are also thorough, & both doctors I've seen often explain what they see, how it develops & what they're doing as they go. I leave every time with a list of the problems, prioritized according to urgency. They always recommend elective procedures, but never pressure me to say Yes. And I never feel judged because I went almost 15 years without insurance or the funds to care for my teeth appropriately. Aaron, the awesome guy at the front desk, is such a pleasure to see on my visits, & he goes above & beyond to help. He will give me costs of the recommendations & even codes so I can call my insurance company to figure out my co-pays. They all understand that I may need to plan out fixes & budget for them in the future. Oh, & if it matters to you, the office is unique with a personal touch, & has a great home feel to it. There's often a pup in the front office to ooh & ahh over, fun airplane models everywhere & if you have to look out a window during a procedure, there are usually bird feeders to keep you entertained. I had (2) teeth pulled and anticipated it to be a bad experience. To my surprise the experience was not at all painful nor did I feel the awful pressure that can be felt when getting teeth pulled. I hate going to the dentist & probably was way more stressed than I should have been. I've admired their myriad front yard decorations for years and finally decided to make an appointment and am so glad I did. When I expressed my general anxiety about the dentist, everyone quickly put me at ease and treated me with such compassion. I'm 68 years old and been to MANY dentists. While visiting from out of town my daughter took me to her dentist (Dr Byers) for an unforeseen dental problem. Dr. Byers is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever experienced. I didn't think any dentist could ever top my beloved Dr. Gossweiler (my dentist in Indiana in the 70's), but yes, Dr. Byers has done just that, and more...he is creative! And his staff is amazing also. All in all, everyone working in that office is professional, knowledgeable and kind. the short version is: Dr Byers is fabulous and his staff is, too. TLDR: I felt disrespected, gaslit, and dismissed by Dr. Byers and I would not recommend any new patients to him. I thought that based on the amount of great reviews that Dr. Byers was a no brainer to do the emergency root canal I needed. The only redeeming quality around this experience was that his staff is very kind and they were very accommodating in getting me in. However my experience with Dr. Byers was a very negative one and I would like to share it here so others in my position can be aware of what they're walking into. I have experienced a lot of trouble with this tooth my whole life, its been filled at least 3 times, had a crown put on it, and most recently I was starting to experience an abscess on the gum, prompting this emergency dental work to get the root canal done. I called in the morning and was able to be seen in just a couple hours, which I truly appreciate. There were some initial red flags. I was put off by his blasé behavior and lack of communication regarding the procedure, but I knew it needed to be done so I agreed to do the root canal. While Dr. Byers was working on my mouth, his wife came to the door and asked him if he had taken his pills for the day - he did not remember. These were minor issues, I completed my first root canal session, left with a temporary filling and was scheduled to return in a month. No mention was made of care for the temporary filling, though having had a crown on my tooth in the past, I should have known to keep it away from sticky foods. The weekend after the root canal, the filling got caught in gum so I threw it away, and I could see the hole in my tooth, revealing the black interior. I googled the steps to take which included: tell your dentist to have it fixed immediately, and in the mean time get some dental wax from a pharmacy to fill the hole. It was night time so the office was closed, but I bought some $7 dental filler and put it in the hole. The next morning, I called the office and they got me in quickly again. Dr. Byers took a quick look at it and told me that "this is the temporary filling I put in". I explained what happened and he continued to insist that something else must have happened, and that this was the temporary filling he installed. He said it was fine and sent me on my way. Although I was not comfortable with this outcome, he did not care to discuss it any further. That night I did some additional research and the internet says that dental wax needs to be replaced every 2 days, which was not something I was trying to do to protect this tooth for the next month while I waited for my final session. I called again in the morning and insisted that he replace the filling. This appointment was truly the worst. I sat down and he looked at it and said "it looks the same as yesterday." I said "yes, it is the same. but it's still the wax that I applied, I've learned the wax needs to be replaced every two days and I'm not comfortable with leaving this in my mouth for the next month." He continued to insist that this was the original temporary filling he installed. I told him he could gaslight me all he wanted, but I knew what happened. He then proceeded to do the worst fill job I have every experienced. He drilled away the wax, letting it get all in my mouth. He did not rinse or clean the area. He asked if I would like a mirror so I could see that he was doing the work (which felt very condescending). I told him I knew he was doing the work. He then barely shaped the filling to my bite, leaving it uneven. He also left the shavings from the filling in my mouth, so after he was done I had white debris all over the inside of my mouth. I will not be returning to have the rest of this procedure completed. read more

Nothing like having horrible tooth pain during Covid and not having an established dentist in the area. After waiting several weeks to do anything about it, due to the fear of being a burden on any aspect of the medical care system, I finally called Dr. Byers office, in tremendous pain, and asked if they were taking new "emergency" patients. From the moment I spoke with Aaron on the phone at 8:15am, and heard his kind, calm and caring voice reassure me that yes, they would see me, and they could see me at 11 that morning, that was the beginning of my journey on the best dental experience I have ever had. And "best" and "dental" experience usually aren't words that occupy the same sentence. Six weeks, and two root canals later, I not only have pain free teeth, I have such warm kind thoughts towards the entire staff, and mostly towards Dr. Byers. I appreciate his dedication and skill at his craft. I appreciate his levity despite heavy circumstances. I appreciate his ability to be both professional and personal. I appreciate that while I was in the middle of some pretty horrible physical pain because of the teeth, and additional emotional discomfort due to Covid, I always felt looked after and taken care of. I have never had a dentist call me in the afternoon to see how I was doing and if I was in pain. He didn't do this once. He did this 4x, as my procedures spread out over 4 days. So a huge thank you to Dr. Byers, to Linda, to Aaron, and to everyone else who made me feel "at home" at the dentist. That is not an easy task! As I get ready to move out of the area, I am seriously considering traveling half way across the state for future dental care. It's that good. It's that professional. It's that personal. The environment couldn't be better with comfortable mission-style furniture in the waiting room of this historic house in (baja) Kensington. Despite the age of the house, they have every modern dental convenience. And they make sure you won't forget an appointment with text reminders. My prior dentist passed away and I broke a tooth. I asked folks I respected about their dentists, and Dr. Byers office came highly recommended. I am somewhat averse to the dentist in general, but I am happy to say that Dr. Byers is my new dental group and I have no fear with them. I had my appointment today, and I was surprised and pleased they could repair my tooth in just one appointment. I was fearful I would need a crown, but not at this time. They were VERY patient, and explained each step thoroughly to make sure I was comfortable. Even though I broke very close to the nerve, there was no pain. If I had a dentist like this growing up, I would not have my fear of the dentist! I did not meet everyone in the office, but all the folks I did meet were patient, professional, and very kind. It is a friendly office and easy to get to. I went ahead and scheduled a cleaning since I have now made Dr. Byers office my new dentists. They not only fixed my smile, they alleviated my nerves about having dental work done. I would recommended this group to anyone looking for a great dentist. read more

If I could give ten stars I would! Recently I had a fractured back molar that became infected, and had hoped I'd have time to research dentists before it got too bad. Well that didn't happen, and I woke up one morning with a fever and in total agony and knew it was an emergency. Amazingly they were able to get me in immediately to have the molar extracted. Everyone at the office was incredibly nice, and despite my pain they had me cracking up before and after the procedure. I was in and out in less than an hour, and even though one of the molar's roots was pretty curved, they had no problem getting the tooth out in one piece without breaking it. I was very impressed. And I felt immediate relief! And the rates were less than I was expecting too, especially given the emergency nature of the appointment! I've been to many, many dentists in my life, and I have never been able to say that I've had a 'great' experience at any of them before. ('Good', yes, but not 'great' or 'awesome'.) This was an *awesome* experience. I had no problems healing, and was able to easily follow their after-care directions. Seriously BEST DENTIST EVER. I live very close to the office but no matter where I live in Southern California, I will always be back. Thank you so much everyone at Dr. Byers!!! read more

I broke a tooth! Fortunately I was able to get a next-day appointment with Dr. Byers. The staff is great, all the social distancing rules are in effect, and I felt safe going in. It took about an hour and a half in the chair, during which time the doctor worked on me continuously. It was all relatively pain free, and I walked out with a temporary plastic crown - that's a new one for me. Going back in two weeks for the permanent crown. Since it all went so well, I will make Dr. Byers my new permanent dentist. I'm glad I live only 3 blocks away! read more

First things first, I must clarify that I am NOT a patient of Dr. Byers. I went into his office 1 hour ago for a consultation for 2nd opinion about my teeth. Dr. Byers was running 15 minutes late from his lunch, no problem. I waited and as soon as he was ready for me I walked into his work area. He didn't introduced himself nor did he apologize for being late. Odd. I seated myself and he told me that he was going to take a look. I felt the need to tell him my situation since he didn't even ask me why I was there or what I was looking for. The most he asked me was "so are you looking for braces or Invisalign?" I started to explain my situation and dissatisfaction with my current teeth alignment. He took a mirror and started to look around. When I told him that my bottom teeth was hitting one of my front teeth and he suggested that he can simply shave the bottom one down. Odd. I shot him a very confused look as I do not believe that it's THAT simple & that would only address one of the problems. I also told him that I didn't like the way my smile looks (I had braces during high school and they unfortunately moved back due to wisdom teeth growth). He told me that I was "near perfect" and wait for this...to "go home and break all my mirrors." I chuckled politely although I was pretty offended. He made it sound like I was being overly picky and maybe, sure, I am HOWEVER i had braces so I KNOW how good my teeth can look and I know there can be improvements. He told me I should consider veneers..??? WTH veneers?! I shook my head and just said "Thanks for your honest opinion, this is what I came here for and well, I'll just go home and do more research." I literally sat up from the lowered seat and took off my bib. I was so done with this place. Soon after I was saying my good-byes because I knew he couldn't help me, he says "now you go home and break ALL of those mirrors and tear up all my photos." He even told me to "stop looking" at all my photos. What kind of suggestion is that to someone who's seeking a service that you provide. At this point, I'm humiliated, offended and felt that those comments were very UNNECESSARY. He didn't say bye or give me any advice aside from breaking my mirrors. I walked and turned back to see if the Dr. was there and sure enough, I saw that he was making fun of my concerns to his other doctors there. His body language said it all and that was enough for me to write this review. It's fine that he didn't see "problems" with my teeth. The best dentist, dental hygienist and best dental office you will ever visit. It's in a converted 1920's craftsman with a lovely yard. That sets the tone for the whole experience. It's warm and welcoming rather than a sterile office building. I was relieved to find that Dr. Byers had an entry on Yelp!, but alarmed that no one had reviewed this guy! Simply put-- best dentist, ever. I'm in education, and I've got pretty good insurance, but when I first started as a teacher, I signed up for the cheapest (I've since aged, and learned to appreciate things a little more) coverage that San Diego Unified offered. I wound up in Western Dental offices, getting crappy care, and waiting (on average) an hour and a half in a crowded, embittered waiting room to get it. Typically, having some dental "tech" tell me, half way through the scheduled work, that we'd have to reschedule. Nice. When the window of opportunity arose to re-enroll in a different dental plan, I piggy-backed on a weekly e-blast (pre-Yelp) e-mailing (over 1500 subscribers) to plead my case. "I'm a free agent, and I'm looking for 'the' dentist. " I received about 100 replies, and the only dentist who was repeated was Dr. Byers (he got the nod as "the" dentist from 11 responses). 10 years later, I have a beautiful smile, and nothing but great things to say about this guy and his Utopian practice. Book a cleaning. Give him a test drive. You'll find the Craftsman-style south-Kensington office to be both charming and comfortable. His staff is happy, friendly, and genuinely concerned with their patients. What's more is that you'll find a plate of homemade cookies on the counter, which they will welcome you to sample on your way in. Book a late afternoon appointment (Dr. Byers knocks off at about 5), and he might even offer you a beer (no, you are not dreaming). Dr. Byers is also an avid pilot, and will likely invite you to join him during a lunch-break flight at Montgomery field (I've never flown with him, but he's extended the invite a handful of times). Creature comforts aside, he's an amazing dentist. I have had a history of dental mishaps, and prior to meeting Steven Byers, I had long-since surrendered any hopes of having a smile worth sharing. Shortly after I was up-to-speed on cleanings, etc., he proceeded to walk me through some cosmetic dentistry that has left me with a smile to be proud of. He's not cheap (though he does take a variety of insurance plans), but whenever I look at family pictures of myself, my wife and our young daughter, I can't imagine a more worthwhile investment. read more

Who knew going to the dentist would be this much fun? I had needed to visit the dentist for a couple of reasons: to get a teeth cleaning, to have a crown inspected, to get rid of some guilt I'd been carrying from not visiting the dentist in a few years. In the past, I'd wasted a lot of my time on crappy dentists, and I was pretty hesitant to relive these experiences again. So this time I did it right and went straight to Yelp to find the best practice in SD. I found them. Dr. Byer's office was able to book me for a Saturday appointment, the week of my initial request, which was amazingly convenient for my work schedule. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and head on in. The office was very warm and cozy. I was greeted with fresh baked cookies and hot coffee within seconds of walking in. My wait was only a few minutes, and then I was back in the chair getting top of the line X-rays and cracking up at the assistant and her hilarious stories of a past life in Mexico. After this, Dr. Yang worked on my teeth for a solid 45 minutes, and in that time he left no tooth unturned. Not only was he extremely friendly and personable, but he also did a very thorough cleaning and analysis on each and every tooth. He also inspected my gums and tongue, and gave me a bag full of different brushes, flosses, and tools to take home. All in all, this was a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of care I received was outstanding. read more
