I called in advanced to see if anyone in the salon knew how to cut 3c curly hair and they said yes…read more I wanted to add some volume to my hair as well as some long bangs. I showed some pictures of what I wanted and the hairdresser Sara said that she could do that. During the wash, they put conditioner all over my scalp but didn't rinse it out properly. When my hair dried, it felt greasy, and I ended up with dandruff, which I didn't have before. When it came to the bangs, I said I wanted them to reach my eyebrows. Instead of cutting them curly, she stretched the curls and cut at that length, which made them shrink way too short. Now they don't look like bangs at all. The haircut overall feels uneven, and I've had to braid or pin my hair just to feel okay going out. What's frustrating is that my friend also got a haircut here (with a different stylist), and hers came out amazing, which is why I came in the first place. I have attached a picture of what I wanted and what I ended up getting so you can see the comparison. I paid $80 dollars for this haircut and thinking back I shouldn't have paid anything.

They will not or cannot accept input, even when their students made mistake. Don't students go to beauty schools to learn. If customers don't voice their opinion, how do they learn? I wrote a complaint to Director Brad, but he ignored and never responded. A few people told me the same that they wrote but Brad ignored. I would not recommend anyone to go to school here or be their models for their students. They do not appreciate you spending your time to model for their students.
