I ended up visiting three other dentists, two of whom tried to upsell me things I didn't need and tried to tack on ridiculous extras I didn't need, the third dentist treated all the patients like cattle and tried to push as many through as possible. I ended up asking some coworkers where they went and one recommended Dr. Hardy's Paradise Dental. I ended up giving them a try and ironically the best dentist in the area was also the closest one to my house. Their schedule is full, and for a reason, they are in demand and their patients stay with them long term for a reason. The people are nice, no upselling on things you don't need, company is organized, and facility is clean. There is an agreement when you join about being an adult, making appointments on time, and being a generally good person. Don't go here if you can't be on time and respect their staff and their time, you can tell they do everything they can to be available for you as soon as you arrive and be ready for what you have scheduled. Be an adult. You can tell the people who work here are happy and that Dr. Hardy treats them well. My experience, I went in knowing no one in the office. After reading the reviews I was a little nervous and let them know I would only agree to what my insurance pays for. Gloria quickly, professionally and abnormally politely explained that most dental procedures are priced by everyone's insurance, that Town Center Dental has 0 control over pricing, so what kind of low life would lie on a business by these ridiculous reviews on here? I happily looked forward to my very next day appointment and immediately met Gloria. She's extremely personable and kind. I filled out the paperwork and then was introduced to the star of the show: Sherry!!! Let me tell you, I have a new mantra: do exactly what Sherry asks. She was so professional and competent I was immediately impressed from her extreme talent and ability. Quickly, I met Dr. Christy who is as kind as everyone else and immediately puts you at ease. I then met Kristen, the hygienist that goes over your scans with you as well and ALL of this was under a half hour. Finally, I met Denise who showed me price by price and everything my insurance covered or not. There is NO PRESSURE here, simply professionals that are gifted in their crafts and you WANT to listen to. I agreed to a procedure I thought would take long but I kid you not, I was in and out, everything, is less than 90min. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. The service was so good and the professionalism so kind I am genuinely angry at anyone that lies and writes these literal ALL-STARS, a negative review.
