After years of trusting them, I'm walking away feeling taken advantage of and disrespected with my last few interactions. I had two different crowns pop off, both of which were under warranty--one of them even came off three separate times. That alone should've been a huge red flag, but I thought to myself things happen. My real frustrations stem from the office staff not solely my crowns popping off on four different occasions. On one occasion they scheduled me to fix one of the crowns, and they scheduled me incorrectly. I ended up sitting in a chair for two hours, literally doing nothing, only to be told I had to come back again on another day. Not a single thing was done during that appointment--just a complete waste of my time. Before the procedure, they had me sign paperwork explicitly stating I would be charged $0 because my crown was still covered by the 5-year warranty that I paid for. That warranty apparently means nothing, because despite their own paperwork, I later found out they added charges anyway. Fast-forward to what was supposed to be a routine cleaning appointment: suddenly I'm being told I have a balance for those appointments. I pay for my treatments as I am present, so I was completely confused as to how a mystery balance even existed. And to make things even more ridiculous--they waited until my next appointment to inform me they don't take my new insurance, even though I had already given it to them previously. So I showed up for a cleaning...didn't get cleaned...got told they don't accept my insurance...and then was asked to pay a balance I didn't even know existed. This office has turned into an absolute mess. The lack of communication, the billing errors, the low-quality work, and the disregard for my time and loyalty are completely offsetting. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Prices and work are too inconsistent here.

The appointment was for 1020am, and they did the x-ray, then he waited an hour, and then they did the exam and told him he had to come back to do the cleaning and the earliest opening was in two hours. How disrespectful of people's time to assume they can come in two visits. Why couldn't they do the cleaning during this hour where they had him waiting for nothing? They never told us when I made the appointment that it was broken up into two visits - in California for these new patient specials they always do it in one visit. So then he went back a few days later for the cleaning and it was HORRIBLE. Usually there is a dentist who cleans, and then an assistant who mans the suction, but this was one lady doing it all herself. She was not communicative (usually they tell you when they're doing the suction, when to close your mouth, etc, she said nothing) nor detailed (she jumped around from a left tooth to a right tooth when usually they go sequentially), and an overflow of saliva built up in his mouth. Then she POKED his lip with the sharp pick point and didn't even apologize!!! And she was scraping a tooth and missed and scraped his mouth!! Ugh!! How is this person allowed to even clean people's teeth? I'm very disappointed that we didn't get to experience the good dentists that other people refer to in their reviews. My partner was in shock after the appointment and said it was the worst teeth cleaning experience he's ever had. The fact that they have this incompetent tooth cleaner to where they hurt you is unforgiveable. Definitely will not be going back.

Every experience has been amazing, but it was my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Kamal that drove me to finally write this review. I was terrified going in. I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for 5-7 years because my pain tolerance is laughably low (getting my ears pierced was traumatic enough). I had to get all 4 removed at once to relieve some pain I was experiencing, and from the first conversation, the team completely reassured me. They went over everything, post-op plans, expectations, recovery tips and made me feel like I was genuinely in good hands. But even then, I had no idea just how committed they were to making this comfortable for me. The surgery? Flawless. I didn't feel a single bit of pain or discomfort not before, during, or after. I'm someone who cries at a paper cut, so to walk away from oral surgery without pain? Truly a miracle. I chose IV sedation, and it was so easy , i fell asleep, and next thing I knew, I was at home, pain-free and minus four teeth. Recovery has been just as smooth. No pain, no issues, and if there ever was a moment of mild discomfort, Tylenol took care of it. I went in for my post-op checkup and everything is healing beautifully. Ill now be starting my invisalign journey with them. Dr. Kamal is amazing, and I still can't believe how positive this entire experience was. I couldn't have asked for a better team or outcome. Complaint from Theodore Garfield…read more This Complaint is besides the 3 Crowns they did and never addressed the sensitivity to hot and cold and air beside prescribing tooth paste when they obviously weren't don right or needed root canals. and still haven't corrected by bite from those procedures On March 2, 2026 I went to Madison Dental because I had a bride on my lower left jaw that fell out after 16 years, I was not in pain or having any sensitivity in the area at all. I took it to Madison Dental and they went over options to replace it with upgraded materials or just glue the old bridge back on, and do the recommended extraction on the #19 tooth, because I was told it wasn't savable. I decided to go with upgraded materials. Dentist (Song Nguyen) said she would have to do some clean up and tooth build up for the bridge and then do the extraction, also discussed putting a bone graft after the extraction so I could get an implant in the future as recommended by them. The extraction broke and she said she would have to drill out the tooth. After I left 1 stich broke immediately and the other stitch I felt pull when I got sick form medication. The pain started immediately after leaving the office. I was told that pain should subside in 3 days which is what I also read on the internet. On the morning of March 9, 2026 I called saying I was in major pain and haven't slept in 5 days from Extraction Graft and where the bridge work was done and need it looked at. There were excessive Swelling and pain lasting more than 48 hours. I went in as they said the graft was infected and since I already used my Antibiotic they couldn't give me more until 14 days after the procedure and prescribed me Ketolac for Pain and Chlorhexidine Gluconate mouth rinse to clean out my hole in my Jaw with a syringe. On March 12th I called saying I was in major pain from the work being done and need help immediately and haven't slept in 8 days. When I got there Song Nguyen had a Senior DDS look at it Andrew Schneider. He was telling her what needed to be done. When she originally did the bone graft, she stuffed the socket dry without inducing blood, he said which caused a dry socket and infection. He instructed her that she needs to scrape out the bone graft and redo it even with an infection present. They gave me shots to numb the area but it was so infected it alone wasn't working. So they me to Walgreens to get Clindamycin 300mx 3 a day and Noro 5mg/325 acetaminophen for pain and then come back to start the removal of bone graft and redo it. Not addressing the pain from work that was done with my bridge only that it looked good on xrays from March 9th. She told me she would be out of the office the following week, but would call me on the 16th to check on me, and that if I still having pain to go to the ER. After everything was complete I went home and went take a nap while I was still numb. After tossing and turning for a few hours in major pain, I decided to go to the ER at Valley Vista @ 8:28pm to make sure I didn't have Sepsis. Dr Kardashian said it looks pretty infected but he's not a Dentist and not really sure what he was looking at, but I didn't have Sepsis at the time. He didn't prescribe any further medication, because I was already given some earlier that day and recommended I follow up with a Dentist. March 16th Dr Song Nguyen called to see how I was doing, I told her I was in alot of pain and I went to the Er on the 12th to check for sepsis. She asked if I wanted to come in earlier than the 24th to see the progress , if I wanted to come in now and I told her that im going to go somewhere else. Vicki from Madison Dental called me I believe on March 17 2026 I told her what happened and not to bill me for any work done on March 2nd , 9th or the 12th that I was filing a Grievance with my insurance company, because the work was going to have to be redone and I lost all confidence in their practice. " She said she would get my paperwork ready" as if this is typical at their office.

Sometimes you need to see a periodontist or another specialist, and normally that means making a separate appointment at a totally different location but here, you don't have to go anywhere else. I saw Dr. Sofia Valenzuela, and she is an amazing dentist . She is knowledgeable, gentle, kind and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff is just as impressive, everyone in the office is professional, and welcoming. Another thing I really appreciate is that you don't have to wait for anything you need. They are very efficient and their scheduling is great at accommodating busy patients. They did a great job fitting me into a time that worked for me.

Janet, front office called me after seeing my review and asked me to come in to see if the issue could be resolved. In which I was inclined to do. The original crown I had put in was shaved down so much that I was not able to chew properly on one side. They were able to fix the crown that bothered me the most, and my gosh can I say how happy I am with the results. The consideration and care this team put in I cannot thank them enough. They really do care about their patients, and want to make sure everything is done with care. Major props to the entire team from point A to Z. Lesson learned, please speak up again if you ever have an issue because you'd be surprised as to what you can get resolved. Thank you to Dr.Yang!
