We had accidentally broken a bottle of vinegar in the kitchen and there was also damages to the floor by our wine fridge where red wine had leaked out. I thought our floor was ruined in those areas. Jorge worked hard to restore the beautiful luster and our floors look better than new again and shine like a mirror. Once we agreed to use their services I was immediately called by Sam for laser measurements. Sam came on 6/18. On 6/21 was contacted and told that they could install on 6/26 however we were not available so install was scheduled for 6/30. Was emailed days before install with exact instructions on preparing for the install. The day of the install received notification that Jesse and his team were on their way. Install was so easy. Jesse and his crew were extremely respectful and polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. When I came down to look at where the seam on the countertop was I very pleased that there was not a seam especially since we were told they would have to put a seam. Love my countertops. The entire process was so easy. Every person involved is extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time each time. In addition, Greg provided recommendation for tile and they too were very professional and prompt. Most importantly I felt safe and comfortable with everyone involved. All workers wore masks as well.

They have a great selection here! They can even order flooring from manufacturers, just like any…read moreother flooring store (they don't just do overstock). FLG beat the price for my flooring by $1.20 sq ft, so obviously I went with them. They got my flooring ordered super quick, and it came in a couple of days. I would note that I think one of the reasons my flooring was so much less expensive is that there were not very many patterns on the LVP, which is very unusual for Karndean. Normally Karndean floors have as many as 50 patterns on the planks to keep the flooring looking natural, but the flooring I received probably only has about 5 patterns, which is a huge difference! My flooring is darker so the lack of multiple patterns isn't as noticeable, and I still love my floors, but I did think it worth a mention. I would definitely use these guys again, and I highly recommend them for their selection as well as their excellent customer service!
