I 100% recommend this dealer. I'm grateful for the service from Mr. Mark, Mr. Chris, and Mr. Tom…read more They're very kind and attentive, and they make you feel like family. They also help you fulfill your dreams. Thank you, Dahl Honda!

Sales guy was great about being careful to only look at cars in my price range and we found something I liked but had to wait a few days until my husband could see it. In the day between, the car was taken off the website so we assumed it was sold. Sales guy called the next morning to say he'd found an amazing car in our price range. We took it for a drive, loved it, but when he went back to get the paperwork, he returned without it and told us they had changed the price from $23k to $37k! Then he said the original car we had liked was actually still available even though it had been taken off the website. My husband didn't like it but their closer/finance manager came out, sat down, and tried to get us to buy it anyway. We had a trade and he REFUSED to tell us what they would give us, saying "it depends on what car we choose to buy". After my husband, mother-in-law, and I each asked twice, he finally told me "I just looked it up on KBB and the trade-in was barely worth $400. HUNDRED! I knew perfectly well what my car was worth since I'd researched KBB, CarFax, and Experian car values and all those were WELL into the thousands! He continued to tell me it wasn't worth anything and no other dealer would give me a price as good as this and they would give us a great deal on the car we didn't want. In the end we had to literally get up and walk out. No reputable dealer lists a car for one price and then raises the price by over $10k "AFTER THE SAFETY INSPECTION", and they also don't try to scam you out of thousands of dollars in trade-in value! And this isn't even touching on the treatment I got years ago at one of their other locations! Save yourself time, energy, and thousands of dollars and shop ANYWHERE ELSE!

Please save yourself the time and stress! Do NOT buy from them!! They are SCAMMERS!…read more They sold me a truck, said it was safe/could tow, only for less than a month later to find MAJOR FRAME DAMAGE that was FILLED IN AND PAINTED OVER with undercoat (lesson learned always take the vehicle to a second shop for inspection) - the frame is completely unsafe and flexible. They never gave me a copy of the buyers guide (but I was able to request the one they sent my bank) and after I got a lawyer they tried to alter the buyers guide to try to cover themselves. After 5 months of legal battles it's finally over.

They told me it was a former employees of theirs vehicle and he was very much a maintenance minded person and that they did ALL the service the last three years. The van has 103K miles on it and I took it to a real service garage for a full service for my piece of mind. It turns out the oil filter had a hole in it and was extremely old, possibly original. I believe they simply changed the oi, if that. The cabin air filter was original and it showed. My wants blurred my common sense and I got burned badly. I now have over 2k in needed repairs and it doesn't look like it's ending anytime soon. Do yourself a favor and just STAY AWAY....RUN, RUN Like the Wind! As others, I would have gone negative on the review if it was possible!
