Back at the sfv, I had my go to donut shop around the corner and today I decided to visit the donut shop a few miles away from me, even though I live across a yum yum donuts. The owner happily greeted me as soon as I walked in even though they were about to close in 20 minutes. He happily served me my 2 cups of coffee and my donuts. I went on Sunday morning at around 8:30 and there was a line! This place has done a great job with enforcing safety rules for covid, they have a huge selection of donuts and their service is efficient. I got an old fashion, chocolate bar, original glazed, buttermilk, cake, and croissant. They were all delicious. Half a dozen for $5.99. ($6.99 for me because a croissant is an extra dollar). I overheard 3 parties in front of me all getting apple fritters so I will try that next time! Definitely going back again soon! read more

Okay it's been awhile since I wrote a review about Stevenson Ranch Donuts, so I need to update! As much as I am trying to stay away from carbs and sweets, I eat thinking it'll be only one bite out of this chocolate glazed donut , but it's freshness and softness makes it melt in my mouth, so how can I resist not eating the entire donut. I go here every weekend morning out of the request of my son. You also have to get here early enough, otherwise they run out of donuts, e.g. yesterday, I arrived at noon and they were closed, sadly. Not only does my son love their donuts, but so does this Yorkshire terrier (in the picture)- guarding it to make sure I don't finish it- lol. Best tasting donuts anywhere, my coworkers ask me to bring in donuts from "my place" cause they love them so much. Amazing food, the chocolate chip muffins are so good we stop almost 3-5 times a week to get them before work and school. The owners are the nicest people who know all their regulars by name and I've even see them pull out orders before their regular even come in from the parking lot. This is by far my favorite donut place in Santa Clarita. A lovely couple own this place and when I come in they even great my by my name... You gotta try the banana nut muffin (but go early or they will sell out). Chocolate muffin great as well and all of the donuts (love the cream filled chocolate donuts). After hearing about the break-in and full support, I had to come see what all the fuss is about! Came by on Friday morning around 9am to a pretty busy place! Quite a few people enjoying donuts outside and a few ordering inside. When I came in, a female employee or the owner was helping a customer so I took a glance around for the options. Then the other owner a male came out with a tray of donuts and when he saw I had not been helped, he immediately put down the tray and asked me what I wanted! I asked for one dozen assorted, 2 dozen donut holes, an apple fritter, and a cinnamon roll. He knew the prices off the top of his head and told me $17.50 before ringing it up, pretty cool and spot on! The owners are very nice and helpful, and they really provide such a great service that you don't see at other donut shops around here, so this is a huge plus! I didn't try all the donuts, obviously, but I had some donut holes and some of the fritter. Let me tell you, I tend to judge a donut shop on the more unique donuts, the apple fritter being one of them. Until now, Spudnuts on Boquet was my go-to spot for an apple fritter but I think they've just been beaten from the number one spot! This apple fritter was absolutely phenomenal!! So crispy on the outside, yet so fluffy on the inside, no greasy or oil flavor at all, so much cinnamon and apple flavor, and the glaze was perfectly thick and light in flavor! The donut holes were also very light, airy, and again, no greasy or oily flavor. I am not one to be usually impressed with all these donut concoctions being made. Krispy Kreme has been my end-all be-all donut shop for their original glazed and other curations. Of course, living in Santa Clarita, we don't go to Krispy Kreme often, so finding a good mom and pop shop is the next best thing and this is definitely the next best in line! read more
