The listed hours for the shop say they're open until 1:00 pm. My family and I visited at 12:33 pm on a Sunday and they were already closed, so who knows when they actually wrapped things up for the day. I'm trying to be generous by not giving one star, though I suppose that might be the accurate rating given that we walked away empty-handed. The customer service there is so amazing, I accidentally dropped my card and I called in but they didn't have it but the extent of the owner taking his time out to look outside and try to find it and call me back was so nice and kind. And to show my appreciation I bought more yummy donuts. I even got the ham cheese croissant and they are bigger than my hand! So yummy as will as the blueberry scone! Best donut place in SCV! Owners Jamie and Tom are super nice and always provides excellent customer service. Not only do they have delicious donuts, but other baked goods as well. Our favorites are their croissants which are so light and flakey. My mom loves the plain croissants and I take it to her down in OC every week. I love the raisin croissant. I spent a grand total of $4 and change for a ham & cheese and a maple twist. It doesn't seem like a big deal at first glance but when you visit these establishments often you realize that everyone is jacking there prices up. The ham & cheese had the right proportions of each ingredient. The donut was finger licking good, like oops I dropped my donut on the ground but 3 seconds didn't pass so I'm still gonna eat this donut good.
