And for once, I found the computer guru of the decade! Ryan, of RL Computer Services was more thorough than I could have ever expected while upgrading my three systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and he did it remotely, especially in consideration of this global pandemic we are all experiencing, and it was easy to maintain phone contact with him as he started and followed through, allowing me to ask questions and point to some of the major problems that have plagued me for so long. In addition, he immediately addressed and fixed tons of problems and errors that I was getting in Windows 7 and now, all three systems are running great!
