Let's talk about some things. People think badly about this kind of dent repair stuff. It's thought that you'll have to deal with shady people in shady places to get your dent or ding repaired and that may persuade someone to avoid fixing it. Yes, in most of the cases I've personally dealt with, this has been true; having met twitchy dudes in parking lots. Dealing with Steve, however, was not at all shady or difficult. There is no smoke and mirror show here, this was easy and fast and I was charged a reasonable and competitive rate. I am a trained mechanic, and I work on cars for both hobby and for work. I've dealt with a few different paintless dent repair guys as such, but not for my own car. I got frustrated at looking at the dent in my door, which I didn't put there, so I contacted Steve cold after finding him here on google. I hit him up via email during business hours on a weekday. I was surprised when he quickly responded to me via phone. That doesn't usually happen in the car repair business. My car is very black, so I couldn't include a proper photo to illustrate the problem, but after explaining my situation he felt confident that he could be of service, and we made arrangements to meet up. Even without seeing the damage ahead, he provided me with a ballpark estimate, which was very reasonable and competitive. I don't talk pricing here; I'm a gentleman and that's his business. I met up with him at the shop, and very quickly he eliminated the offending dent in my vehicle, and in fact, he went far above and beyond in doing so. Truly he cleaned up that door panel beautifully. He even took out a different and totally unrelated fender ding simply because I mentioned it and in my opinion that's a truly standup guy. Long story short: I will call him again. I would absolutely recommend him to you, and to your friends and mine and I would do that without any hesitation. If you're reading this and so much as thinking about getting a dent repaired using Steve, I would stop thinking about it right away and just contact him. He'll give you the honest truth and he'll take care of you. That's what's up. So many of these dent guys are hard to get a hold of, they don't answer emails or calls, they're twitchy... Steve isn't any of those things. I had a proper, professional and exceptional experience with him. You will too. read more

As other Tesla owners are likely to relate, setting out to fix body damage on your Tesla vehicle can initially appear exasperating given such few "Tesla approved" autobody repair shops overall. In my case, I selected Don Joe's after evaluation of various online reviews and due in part to its "preferred" status by Geico Insurance (the other party's insurance company) as a Tesla approved autobody shop. My primary interaction and communication regarding the repair of my vehicle from the beginning to the end of the entire process was with Victor, a gentleman whose experience and knowledge of Tesla vehicles becomes almost immediately apparent. During the initial walkaround of my model Y to inspect the superficial damage, he assured me that he would thoroughly inspect the underlying body and mechanical components. Based on our conversation, I can tell you that Victor has a passion for Tesla vehicles and appreciates the technological nuances of the vehicle. Throughout our dealings, he was straightforward, respectful, courteous, and kept me apprised of every important step in the process. He worked directly with the Geico insurance adjuster to arrive at an estimate and proceed with the repair of my Model Y. In my situation, the repair took approximately one week given the need to order parts directly from Tesla; however, my Model Y was better than brand-new at the end of the process. Graciously, Victor and his crew even installed my Tesla Roof Rack cross bars which were sitting in the back-cargo area of my model Y after recently arriving in the mail! In conclusion, I would highly recommend Don Joe's auto body shop for the repair of your Tesla vehicle.
