Especially with how difficult it is to perfect my ceramic silver paint color and sheen level. And at a reasonable & fair price! Lastly, to my surprise, they detailed the car to the T and I hold very high detailing standards! This was also done as courtesy without even charging or itemizing it as an option! I was brought here after being hit by someone. The screws from their car license plate punctured my rear bumper. Upon arriving, I was introduced to Chris who explained the work to me and gave me an estimate. I told him that I will bring my car back another time since I needed the car for the weekend. Chris followed up with me and made sure I would get taken care of when I drop it off. Car was done in about 4 days and upon pickup, I was greeted by Billy who explained to me the work that went in. Masters Collision PERFECTLY repaired my 2006 Toyota Sienna XLE! They not only repaired all the collision damage they also repaired ALL THE SCRATCHES AND DINGS from years of day to day driving by my teenage daughter! The Sienna was detailed inside and outside!!!They also powder coated my peeling factory aluminum alloy wheels for a reasonable extra charge and restored them to perfection. Then, I go to check my oil after about 2 weeks and I see they steam cleaned the ENGINE COMPARTMENT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY UNWANTED DAMAGE BECAUSE THEY ARE PROS AT MASTERS! They never even told me about all the extras! THEY JUST RESTORED MY SIENNA TO REALLY EXCELLENT CONDITION! Billy at Masters and his guys are really excellent. People like to post complaints but are often too lazy to thank hard working businesses for a job WELL DONE. Not that this place needs ANOTHER 5 star customer rating since they are so stellar but I HAD to write a review. Here's the reason. My husband and each had an accident in the last year and their work is not only flawless but the people make you feel like you are family. They returned the cars not just pristine but totally detailed inside and out. But most importantly they are just beyond sweet. Billy will fight tooth and nail with insurance companies and make you feel like you are royalty and make you not have to lift a finger. Including getting your rental car. Plus here is the kicker. I brought my car in after and unrelated to my accident. My 7 yr old had gotten the front passenger seatbelt completely stuck trying to creatively strap in his stuffed animals. The way it was stuck would have definitely been a few hundred dollars at the dealer. Billy just took care of it for me. With a big smile and a chuckle about how it happened. He remembered my son's name and gave him a message for me to pass on. Ha! Just a great great place. Recently I had an accident and my vehicle was towed to this shop. I was very skeptical about using a place that I did not know especially since I had an auto body place I liked and felt comfortable with. Wrote them an email to try and set up an estimate appointment - no response. Went there in person (1:30 pm on a Wednesday) - waited at an empty front desk area for 10 minutes, nobody showed up. I was referred to MCC by a friend. While parking my car during the snow storm last week, the frozen snow pile jumped up and hit my bumper. I called MCC and was told to come in the next day. These guys are great! I recently had a tail light on my new Mazda 3 broken by vandals. I brought the car in for repair and found it to,be a terrific experience. They called for the part while I waited and told me they would habit in the morning. The following morning I got a call that the part was in, they said I should come in and they would put in while I wait. I came in after lunch and they had my car ready in 15 minutes. This shop repaired my cars and raised the price of the claim over $4000 twice for a damaged bumper claiming to the Insurance Agent "there is something behind the bumper". The only complaint I had was that they told me to get a rental even though my car was in driving condition. They removed my bumper to show the adjuster the damages.
