We made a call to Lake Gaston HVAC and set up an appointment for when we would be back to the lake. He worked around our schedule and and showed up earlier than planned. His knowledge of the systems was incredible as I was just trained in the history of my insufficient unit I had in place. He provided me with two options of which my wife and I went with option 2. Option 1 was to refull the freon again, which should not be leaking. We bought a new unit and air mover. We knew it was time but we were not ready last year. So, we set up a date and time. Despite our being a new customer and their being "booked solid until a week from Friday," they had a plumber out that afternoon to fix the sink and another out first thing the next morning to locate and fix the leak.
