I haven't been to one of these types of pizza buffet establishments in over a decade but I used to love them as a kid. My children were on break from school so I decided to take them one weekday afternoon. The place was fairly empty when we arrived. I ordered 2 kids buffets, one adult buffet, and 3 waters. After ordering we immediately got our food from the buffet. There were about 8 different options for pizza, a salad bar, a pasta "section" with 2 different sauces and 2 types of pasta, then a small dessert pizza section with maybe 3 sweet selections. There was also an ice cream freezer with small ice cream cups for an additional fee. The pizzas were replenished frequently and most tasted ok, but the restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest. The buffet tables and floor had spilled food stains and crumbs galore. The dining tables were sticky and some covered with used plates and cups from previous diners. This isn't someplace I'd foresee myself coming back to but my kids, ages 4 and 6, enjoyed it. They have an entertainment room with arcade games, toys, and prizes so Stevie B's might be an okay option for a kids birthday party just don't come expecting to be wowed by anything. read more

The whole time I was here, there were no fresh pizzas. The tables and trash cans were absolutely filthy. The floors were nasty and there weren't many people there. If they weren't going to cook, they could've at least attempted to clean. The dessert cinnamon buns were out, the girl that was standing behind the counter said they were cooking. I sat there for 10 minutes and the 5:00 crew came in. The same guy manager said there wasn't any cinnamon rolls cooking but could put some in. He was there when the first girl said they were cooking. The 5:00 crew comes in and the first thing they did was at least wipe down the tables(not clean, but move the food from the tables to the floor) I've been here a few times before. I will say this though it was the first time I've ever seen anyone attempt to clean a table. This place is just nasty. read more

The food was mostly just pizza. Well it was a pizza buffet after all. The Oreo and that section was surprisingly good judge ng by the look. But the place was it's self was okay. There's so much space for dining but not much for that gameland it had such little space. You'll miss the music like in other places. This place I just heard sounds from the arcade. It seems so empty if it's like few people. But I guess it was smart when there is lots of people you'll hear conversations. read more

I went there for the $.99 Wednesday special! The girl at the counter said the had 3.99 special on Wednesdays and I had to purchase an $11 buffet for myself in order for him to get the $3.99 price or I would have to pay regular kid price for him which was around $7 so I did that!! Tonight was a horrible experience due to the fact that my daughter request to go to Stevie B for dinner not knowing they closed at 9:00 p.m. Upon our arrival we were immediately told that they were closing in 15 minutes by the manager. Understanding that he and the staff was probably tired however we felt unwelcome because of the way he went about it. I hate to see my daughter cry especially in front of a lot of people about being hungry and wanting pizza at her favorite restaurant. She always request to go there, not me but her. I'm sure the manager didn't mean to hurt her feelings by telling her that they were closing in 15 minutes but he did. I can't tell anyone how to run their restaurant thus there are times when you have be able to accommodate your customers. She may have not eaten for more than 15 minutes or maybe just a little over that time either way she's a paying customer who felt turned away before she could even pay. read more

Went to a early dinner with my husband here this afternoon. This is a place we've enjoyed for years and years, but, today it was not the place we remembered! First the place was dirty, food on the tables and in the floor. Pizza was scarce on the "buffet" and what was there was cold. My family ate here on 10/4/23, and we all ended up vomiting and with diarrhea less than 24 hours later. I called the establishment to inform them, and I did not ask for a refund. The owner of the establishment got on the phone and told me to "go to the doctor" and that he was sorry, but he couldn't guarantee we got it from there. This is the only thing that my entire family ate in common yesterday, and for the OWNER to get on the phone and say "there's nothing I can do" when I am pregnant and vomiting with diarrhea, my 2 year old is vomiting, and as is my husband, it's extremely unprofessional. He did not once offer a refund, he did not say he would look into it, nothing. He said, "I'm sorry your family got sick, but I can't guarantee it was from here." The pizza I ordered was a white cheese with Italian sausage. The pizza was drowned in grease. the parchment paper and the bottom of the box was SOAKED in oil also they were stingy on the sausage. Prices are low, and pizza awesomeness is high! The ordering/cashier/buffet people flow layout is a bit of a clusterf*ck, but that doesn't hamper the charm. First off, I haven't been here in a few years. But it's immediately obvious that the restaurant has improved remarkably. The inside looks so much nicer and cleaner. The service was phenomenal. Literally every employee that I interacted with was friendly with a ready smile. There's something really good in that pizza. I have not had that kind of great experience with restaurant staff anywhere. For the food, you must try the white cheese pizza. Phenomenal! They have many different options for pizza like baked potato, spinach alfredo, and BLT, etc. But the most awesome part is that you can get a custom pizza as long as they have the ingredients, and they'll deliver it right to you and put what you don't want back on the bar, so others can try your creations. The dessert pizzas were very good as well. I didn't know that was even a thing, but they had an apple pie pizza and some berry dessert pizza. There was a chocolate bavarian pizza, but it kept disappearing and coming back so fast. I hope that one lady enjoyed all three slices she took. I ordered a pizza to come to my table specifically white cheese pepperoni which was supposed to be on the bar however it was not there the entire time I've been here so I ordered it. When I went to place my order the manager had the audacity to tell me that he would not bring a pizza to my table because he was putting it on the bar when it hasn't been there all day. It was a horrible experience and the customer service specifically from him was horrible. I do not recommend this place and I've been coming for years. read more

This place is cheap and that goes for the quality as well. The "game room" is really just a disheveled closet full of old games that were thrown away by Dixieland 20 years ago. Nothing worked. The bathrooms were in terrible condition. The buffet only had two slices of pizza at any given time and even those were terribly under cooked. The toppings did not appear to be fresh by any means, and the salad bar looked like a warzone. Warzone. The customer service was not great to say the least. I was hassled at the register by the cashier as soon as I walked through the door. I was followed the whole time by one of the employees as though I were going to steal something. I asked her if I could see the manager and she told me that she was actually the owner. Michele is probably one of the rudest women I have ever met in my life, and she treats that place like a work camp. I will not be taking my kids back there anytime soon. read more

The pizza is poor quality(I hate using the word quality in regards to this dump in any way) and the service was even worse. I walked in expecting a restaurant and instead I found a feeding trough lined with screaming kids. Within 5 minutes I had a pounding headache. The pizza was undercooked and very sparsely topped. The crust was tasteless and the toppings were hardly noticeable. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. This place is worth a try. We have eaten here 3 times now and never had a bad experience. Just a tip, ORDER A CUSTOM PIZZA WHEN YOU COME IN! That keeps the fresh pizzas rolling out. Let me just start off by saying had I known my experience was going to go the way it did, I would have gone to a Stevi B's out of my way to get better service. We came in HALF AN HOUR before close and the owner straight lied to our face and said they had a dessert pizza we came for in the oven and then changed his mind and said he "didn't have chocolate" but yet we sat there and looked at the chocolate dispenser while we ate. It was just pure laziness that they were closing and didn't want to make it. Then when a party of 10 came in, John the owner said "we close in 15 minutes" and refused service. My daughter loves Stevi B's and any opportunity that she has she's there. During our visit the manager was very unwelcoming. The look that was given when I asked for plastic wear was uncalled for. Then he handed the fork down to two employees before I received it. Can you say unsanitary. When I asked about toppings that were on a specific pizza, the manager cut the employee off and again with an attitude named the toppings. He was so rude and condescending. I can understand if the restaurant was busy and your frustrated , but there was practically less than five families. What's the problem?The employees were really nice.
