This was the second time I had issues trying to get in touch with them. Their warranty or service is worthless.

He arrived early and completed the job in a few hours and even repaired the motor arm and connected it to the new door. I totally recommend San Marcos Overhead Door.

In 2013 when he installed our door his 15 year-old son helped him. When his son was 17 he was run over and killed by a speeding drunk driver. Ronny was devastated at the loss of his only child and took time out to grieve and he did go radio-silent for a while while he attempted to cope. I think this is completely understandable and explains the one star review but of course the reviewer could not have known the situation.

Roberto showed about an hour after I called at 7:30 pm. He ran the door up and down about 3 times and then said he knew the problem. I had stored a shovel in a small nook near the side of the door and it had fallen to one side so that the top of the handle was just close enough for the roller to hit it on the way down. Roberto was so nice about it having been a dumb move by me. He proceeded to check the entire door and lubricated everything. He shook my hand and told me to call him with any problems that may arise. I asked what I owed him for a service call and he said he would never charge when there was no problem. He told me what to lubricate once a year and wished me well and was on his way. Wow! So he replaced the spring with one suitable for our door. (Which also explained why the brackets on the garage door were broken.) The garage doors we have are nice, and I wanted them to match. We called out a bunch of companies, but Mojo was the only one who said that they could find the parts to replace a panel or two of our door, instead of replacing the entire garage door, like the competition wanted to do. So Mojo gave a fair quote, was able to source the parts, and showed up right when they said they would. They made some good recommendations about maintaining and upgrading parts of the existing doors to get the longest life out of them. I appreciated the companies ethic and willingness to do repairs instead of fishing for a replacement. I hope I don't have to, but I'd hire them again!

Update: I had work done by this company to replace a garage door opener...it began to have problems…read moreand so I reached back out to the company for resolve. A rep came out said he fixed the opener and suggested I get new silicone rollers (I had old metal ones). Since I had recently had my home weather sealed and painted, so I agreed to the work. The work was done, opener issue was still not resolved, so I called back. As I was showing the new rep the issue I noticed holes in my drywall. From where the long bar had been removed and replaced. I pointed this out to the new rep, but he stated he was an independent contractor. *Note: He actually reworked and fixed my opener issue. I'm actually in shock that I wasn't informed about the holes during the work, but I'm sure that was to alleviate liability. Now my outer siding has damage as well. Probably won't be using this company again and highly suggesting you all be fully forewarned
