They did the job very professionally without cutting corners on my garage opener installation. I am picky with attention to detail and they did not fall short. They routed the wires appropriately and set up the opener nicely instead of exposing all the wires. One small change that I would make is putting the wires through the hole on the face plate. My house came with the face plate holes. I always think it looks strange with the wires not going through the provided hole. Not a big deal though, just a minor detail. Lastly, they quoted me an amount and that's the price I paid. A lot of people quote without taxes included. It's a nice touch instead of having to worry about paying 8% more to your quoted price.

I contacted J Anthony on Saturday and he came out that day to make an assessment. He was able to get a drop-down done, basically a temporary solution, but the garage was now closed. He called on Monday after calling the original garage door manufacturer since we needed new panels or a whole new door. The manufacturer would only sell door panels to home builders or homeowners with their company installing, so their hands were tied. However, they still got me a quote and made a recommendation based on the pricing and let me know they would proceed however I wanted to. We ended up, months later, getting a whole new door. But I really appreciate that they went through the process of getting me quotes and following up with me, even though they knew that they wouldn't be able to do the job because of the manufacturer's restrictions.
