She communicated well on when lessons would be and if any had to be rescheduled. She gave lesson notes after lessons so my nephew knew what he needed improvement on. The next day I called and their answering service said email or text was the best way to reach the company. So I emailed and sent a message via their website to try to reschedule. No response. It's been 3 days and I haven't been able to get a response about rescheduling the appointment that I've already paid for but was canceled by the instructor because he was sick.
