If you're looking to fulfill your 6 hour requirement of instructional learning or wanting to learn how to drive, this is the right person to book! Hassell always shows up on time to appointments and makes sure to sanitize his car before you start your appointment. He is also very accommodating to your schedule. (I got out of schools late on tuesday's and he would push back the time of my instructing for me) After the end of appointments, he would also text you reminders! During my first appointment, he took me to the road and made sure I understood road safety and gave me tips following DMV instruction. He made me confident even though I haven't drove in the streets before! My second and third appointment, he took me to the mountains to work on speed control and turns! He also goes through the stuff you don't understand and lane changes etc. (things listed on his website) He also did mock tests using the official DMV score sheet which were similar to the DMV tests and gave me an idea of what it would be like. Overall 10/10 experience! He made me a more confident driver and is a very friendly person. He does get strict when he needs to be. Though I didn't pass my exam (critical error), he helped me stay confident throughout the exam. His prices are also affordable compared to other schools ($180/2hrs) The only con I can think of is that his appointments are only on Tuesdays (I'm not sure if he can accommodate other days but I know he can push back times). Hassell is patient, knowledgeable, friendly and is a WONDERFUL driving instructor. Prior to Daily Driving School, the hubby had been teaching out kiddo how to drive but a parents patience can only go so far, especially when you have to repeat instructions several times. Hassell reinforced driver's training and with his tips, he sends reviews on what needs work, has made YouTube videos for additional training and goes above to accommodate schedules. He goes over safety features for at least 20 min to familiarize with his vehicle on the first lesson. I have recommended his driving school to a few friends. We've had 3 kids go through various driver's training programs, and this one was THE BEST BY FAR! Hassell is knowledgeable and actively trains throughout each session. He does a practice test 3x/session (sends copy to the phone# on file for reference) and helps to correct or improve skills as needed. He provided training on rules of the road, tips for defensive driving, and even on how to drive in the hills. He is responsive in communications, whether or not it's the day of the training session. Before each session, he asked a parent for insight on what our student's driving skill needs were so that he could tailor that session to her. Our daughter passed the test with a high score, and the DMV tester said that she did a great job. With Hassell's competitive cost, choosing this driving school is a no brainer. read more

This school is the reason that I have my driver's license. I've done about 6 sessions with them now and each one I've improved because of it. The teacher is patient but firm and as someone with generalized anxiety disorder he was able to stay calm enough that I could still drive but would push me to do the things I was scared of and that's why I can drive now. With just 3 days short notice, I was able to quickly coordinate a drive test appointment with Daily Drivers Driving School. I typically don't write reviews for services; however, I cannot express what a great experience both my teenage daughter as well as myself had with Hassell. I was initially going to choose another company, however their service as well as their pass rate was terrible. Scheduling was flexible, car was clean and Hassell was extremely knowledgeable. He took to time to listen and to tailor the lessons to the needs of my daughter. After each lesson, he broke down everything for me and explained where she can improve and be the best driver that she can be. He was helpful in every way, and I really enjoyed the mock tests given and how critical he was when giving the test. This helped my daughter learn and thrive because she was always thinking about situations, and to never make an assumption that other drivers' actions on the road will be the right ones. My daughter's confidence was the force that made her pass the test with flying colors.
