    Papaya salad with medium heat
    Janet S.

Had their papaya salad @ Gazebo Gardens. Ordered it medium hot and thankfully it was medium and I was able to enjoy it. I've had some medium papaya salads that almost made me cry, well they made me sweat and have a runny nose. Theirs was just right!

Was at Farmers Market last night. So many trucks but lines were so long at others and didn't want to wait long so I ordered here. They had no wait I ordered their eggrolls asked how many pc it came with and type of meat. The man taking the order didn't smile it wasn't a very inviting vibe. He said pork and 5pcs and it would take 10mins. They charge a .60 fee for all credit/debit and virtual payments. I like how they fry the eggrolls at the time it's ordered but they were just okay. There was little to no meat mostly all cabbage and carrots and the cuts were inconsistent like some were long others short so you would take a bit of the eggroll your pulling but then pieces of the carrots and cabbages just falls to the ground. Come with sweet chili sauce and that was good. Honestly for 5pc $11 just might be a tad over price especially with quality.

What a surprise! At River Park on Eats day, my lady and I pass by this nondescript, run-of-the-mill red food truck. My wife is fiending for something beefy, and sees a steak dish on the menu. I say, "I dunno about steak from a Thai (maybe Lao) food truck." It was called Crying Tiger with Rice, for $17. But hunger won over, and we ordered it. The food came out in good order and promptly. And oh my, this steak was DELICIOUS. Cooked a perfect medium rare, it was tender, juicy, marinated with something that brought out the steak flavor. With the dipping sauce, it was a savory, citrus-y delight with a small spicy kick. Sorry for eating part of it before thinking "I definitely have to rate this place". Lol. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Happy eating!

the food was meh but I wanted something different and I was there to help a fundraiser at Sanger high. I opted for the teriyaki bowl and the small rectangular Rubbermaid container you can get at dollar tree size was $16. then I asked about the egg rolls and those were 5 for 10 not bad but 16 for that small container made me feel cheated. then I see 17.05 on my cash app. ok I was contribiting but the woman / cook was awkward at best. I have her my ticket after she called the number and she had the neeve to read it and ask me is this you. I didn't respond and she got over it and handed me that small container and I asked her for a fork and she awkwardly says " oh I didn't give you one?" a second had gone by and she needed to say that.!!!! I sure hope they did donate most of the earnings to the charity bc it seems they really hiked their prices and they didn't have much of an overhead her kid was the wheel and dealer taking the orders. He was fine but she made me uncomfortable.

This menu includes a lot of natural, simple ingredient meals that are healthy and flavorful. Picked this truck out from the many options at Gazebo Gardens on a nice Friday night. The young man taking orders was pleasant and flexible with my orders since they were coming out at different times. Ordered the teriyaki chicken and kua mee noodles for relatives and had the chicken and quarter with sticky rice for myself. The teriyaki chicken was a little dry, and I would have preferred more seasoning on the chicken itself, but the sauce was really good. The noodles were VERY good - I would highly recommend them if you had to pick just one thing. The chicken and quarter were also pretty good, more tender than the teriyaki and the sauce was a subtle, slightly sweet glaze. The sticky rice was pretty plain, just sticky. I might go for regular rice next time. I would for sure come back to this truck to try some other options.

The number 3 beef jerky/heavenly beef. The jerky itself isn't spicy. The spice comes from the chili chutney that comes ON THE SIDE

Really good authentic Laotian food. I've read the previous bad review and if you're not familiar with Laotian food then maybe try asking before you order‍ It's a south East Asian food truck so you're not going to be getting broccoli beef. I feel like it's good manners when trying something you're unfamiliar with, is to ask questions and try it with an open mind. If it's not for you then that's your personal preference, no need to be rude about a country's national dish.

    Papala Salad.

They were at the Polk Community Center today for Fresno Street Eats Thursday Night. Wife ordered their egg rolls and I ordered their papaya salad. What a sigh of fresh air, needed that over here in this part of town. Food is great and refreshing, unlike the other reviewers this food is authentic Laotion food.

The family dinner comes with a bowl of sizzling rice soup, An egg roll a pot sticker and foil wrapped chicken. My entree was crispy beef and my husband's entree was Kung pao chicken. Start off the soup was very flavorful, Definitely not your ordinary soup that you would find in the most places to start. The egg roll was a straight veggie roll but it was crispy and flavorful. The pot sticker was probably one of the best I've had in town, The wrapper was not too thick, Silky, Slightly crispy, And the filling was light and delicious not heavy. The Foil wrapped chicken Was different than any other place in that it was lighter and not overburdened with a salty sauce. As far as the entrees, My crispy beef was amazing, So crispy, With a delicious sauce. My husband's Kung pao chicken was so tasty, Everything was fresh and the chicken was not dry. The only downside to our entrees was that they were listed as spicy, But I think you have to ask for really spicy if you look like you can't handle it or something I don't know it just wasn't spicy at all. But we will definitely return and maybe ask for real spicy next time LOL.

They do close at 2:30 and reopen for dinner! We decided to order from the lunch special menu. You get soup, salad, wonton, egg roll; choice of chow mein, fried rice, or steamed rice; then one entree choice. I got mushroom chicken and my daughter got orange chicken. Soup and salad was a great starter, the salad was a little too sweet. Then we got the appetizer of fried shrimp, cooked to perfection, not to much dough! Delicious! Then came our entree plate smelled wonderful! Spices were on point. We had to rush to eat because the close at 2:30, otherwise lunch was great! We will go back and try other items. Happy eating in Clovis!

I called them the day before I needed the trays. The lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating she said it was never too late to place an order. I ordered half tray of broccoli beef and one veggie chow mein she gave me my price after tax and gave me the option to pay in person or over the phone. The day of pick up was NYE 5pm my husband was the one who picked up my order under my name. He arrived promptly at 5pm and said the food wasn't ready 5mins after 5pm he said he was about to leave. Literally a 16min drive from the restaurant to my house then another 14min drive to the Nye party we were attending. Upon arrival the food was still piping hot, it smelled AMAZING and they gave sooooo much food!!! It was nearly packed in trays with foil in a box and the food was piled high. I did notice that the veggie chow mein I had ordered was a combo-chicken, beef, shrimp and veggie, no biggie!!! But the food was delicious as always!!! There was so much leftovers. I would definitely use them again for my catering needs.
