Only making this because the lady in there is extremely rude I just left the store and she is just really unwelcoming. This isn't the first time she had horrible customer service either. As an avid smoker. I DO NOT recommend Stiiizy. Their product is not good. Pods always get clogged. Pods Leak. I've tried every battery on they have ever made. I go back to them time and time again because of simplicity but it's no longer worth it. I went in two days before Christmas because I had just bought a Stiiizy pod in Concord and I live in SF. I went to my regular Stiiizy store on Brannan and they refused to help me because I didn't buy the pod from them. WILD! Will never by Stiiizy again because of this experience. I have spent thousands and you wouldn't take care of a busted pod. Mind you this is the first time I have ever returned a pod because it has done this even though it wasn't the first. I will take my business to Airgraft which is a far superior product. read more

Extremely rude and incompetent security guard that sits on his phone and has a completely horrible attitude.Female manager also extremely incompetent and doesn't even know what valid forms of ID are in the state of California. Go to the Parkmerced location, these people are completely incompetent here and lacking product. Time to clean house and hire new store management and staff as well as a new security company. But the customer service I received was actually top tier and I had a great experience at this location. Everytime I go in, no matter who waits on me they are all knowledgeable and very helpful. I do have one gripe, last time I was there, a line was forming more than four peeps and one of the workers (only two workers) at this time. The co-worker grabbed the drawer and went behind another door and counted the drawer right then and there and left her co- worker hanging. The co-worker handled like a champ but it just didn't seem cool with patients & customers waiting. The co-worker never had anything to say about it. I don't think she cared one way or the other. Once I got inside, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The person who helped me was very informative, I got what I was looking for and it was cheaper than I expected. However, the two armed security guards outside are intimidating, which is maybe the point but not very welcoming... they chatted with me and asked for my id before I went in but still, I felt intimidated to go in. went about a week ago when power was out and was rudely sent off by private security with the gun. went today also was rudely let in by the same private security guard. i had to give my identification 2 times once at the door. once i got in i was told that i had to give my phone number to get receipts i forcefully declined and and asked for paper receipts. security followed me inside made me feel like a thief. lol. when i asked for how much for live resin 1g pods. you wouldn't believe it 58 dollars. i could get 2 of those at those prices! read more

every time I went to stiizi on brannan , it has been the same disappointment.. they have employees siting in the back and employees in the front counting products and doing inventory , but no one seem to be bothered by customers waiting in line .. you can't even approach the display to look at the products , they tell you to stand in line with a fake smile on . rude and annoying place . read more
