Change your store hours to closed at 9:45. Cause I was inside the store at 9:40. Seeing as I get out late from work in old town I have no choice but to come in the last minutes sadly. For some reason my card didn't work so I walk out then as I go to walk back in the guard stops me and says "sorry you gotta be in the store. Can't let you in." I'm sorry but was me not being at your atm not considered in your store? The guy made me leave as if letting me go in was going to stop him from getting home to his moms curfew. I moved away from LA to get away from this covid nonsense. But stiiizy has decided to force mask mandates on customers although the guard doesn't has his cause he's always eating and sometimes the receptionist will not have theirs properly on pulled down but yet I have to wear my face diaper and get my temp checked making me feel uncomfortable my rights and personal space violated. Thought they would give up since it's unpopular with all the customers but they have gotten stricter now having 6ft apart stickers again. Seems like there's other dispensaries in the area from reading the reviews on here probably going to start going there now. I receive a with discount with this card on TAXES. I have had this card for 4 years & a lot of times dispensary's don't get clients who use it. I was taxed on my purchase with regular taxes when I was by the Manager there is no taxes on there products? I will be reporting that I had to pay taxes on my purchase. Talked to a girl inside who goes to get the manager in the back which my understanding is a girl and she came back out giving me the round about how they have to call me back later. Later that day get a call back from some fruit cake asking if I still want my Stiiizy pod back even though it taste like crap I had a laugh he told me he gets ten percent off when I was about to go off on the guy realized it's some dumbass high school kid not worth it. Bought 3 boxes of Buddies 100mg softgels (10 to a box) recently. My wife and I both comsumed one 100mg softgel and after about 2 hours we both felt no effects whatsover. 100mg is high potency, so we should have something. Might as well have drank a glass of water! This company as a whole has the worst customer service. I don't even know if they have one despite having an online for to contact them. No phone number for online orders. I have tried contacting them through their online form for 2 weeks now with at least 4 attempts with absolutely no acknowledgement. They sell their vapes nationwide but the pods that the vapes use are only sold in California, Michigan and Nevada. I don't live in one of those states so would like to return it but they say all sales final. So it's useless but I can't even talk to anyone to find out if they would take it back since the pods aren't sold in my state. read more
