I immediately told him about my bad experience and then he told me that he would ensure my experience at this dealership would not be bad whether I bought a vehicle or not once I told him what I was looking for he immediately went to work by browsing through his inventory and then brought out a vehicle that was everything that I wanted it was a fairly simple process as my finances are squared away, and my credit is A+ plus, there was no pressure to buy in the sale and I also finance through my credit union. Unfortunately, for me, I had a medical event that prevented me from driving at the time however they allowed me to keep the vehicle there for about a week until I I was medically cleared to pick it up. I also had to utilize help from friends during this time of purchase and they were just as gracious to them. It has been over 20 years since I have bought a new vehicle and coming in dealing with a medical event that I previously had had was going to be challenging but diverse for itself especially Aramis and Bill were the ultimate professionals and I would definitely go back to them or wherever they go to get my next vehicle.
