This guy responded by ohhh. You should wait at least 24hr to have the water tested ---I said back to him , really so that will make the chlorine magically appear????? I also asked why the chlorine don't smell as strong as it did the past couple years ???? He said they could be using different chemicals...... I walked out , went to a diff pool store and got 4 bags of shock and pool was clear in 2 days

Like everyone else I was given a "line of chatter" when purchasing a pool but when the heating unit malfunctioned no one returned calls, I had to have them bypass the heating unit in order to run the pool and I was told that it could not be repaired but had to be replaced after only the 2nd season! I keep a cool temperature in the pool and so the heater had been used perhaps four times a season! Apparently, there is only a one year warranty on a $2000.00 heater! A return phone call from a knowledgeable person would have been appreciated. It is time to move on to a more reliable source for pool maintenance and replacement parts.

I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone who gave me an attitude because I'm calling letting her know that the pool looks bad after I paid them to service it and that this is a business that I am running here and then I need my pool, not to be cloudy and looking bad The owner drew the came to the house went on about how he's the best And how it takes time to get the chemicals correct 10 days later the pool looks 10 times worse and it's green. I will attach photos. This guy says he's the best but couldn't even manage to get my Pool water looking good. Then after I call other companies up and I got Liverpool Pool and Spa to come out and handle the situation, they told me how bad this company is, I can clearly see that as I just hired them less than a month ago, and I've already fired them. I don't have some Lil pool either. This is an inground $80,000 pool with a salt water system and the they can't even manage to get the Pool water clear, how could you trust them with any kind of installation? Do yourself a favor steer clear of this company

Angela is really good at analyzing the hot tub water's chemical balance and then educating the customer about how to keep it balanced. It would be easier for me to get my chemicals online or at some big box store but I always go to this shop because of a the quality of their goods and the excellent service. I'm on the second hot tub now purchased from them, after I upgraded from my old one, and I have never been anything but completely satisfied doing business with them. Great local business!

Today is July 10th still no notification as to when to expect them. I canceled their service.
