I came in for my appointment, an appointment I got a text for! To be told she no longer works there and that they don't even have an appointment scheduled for me and they could give me a different appointment. No apology! They were so rude. After the last time of them messing up my appointment, they had gotten better but with this and my favorite waxer being gone I'm done and will be requesting a refund of my wax pass. There were like 6 waxers just sitting in the lobby doing nothing when they informed me they couldn't honor my appointment. Do not go here, this place is toxic and the women running it are stuck up and don't know how to do their jobs. If something gets messed up they don't take responsibility, just blame it on corporate.

She is now 35 minutes away (on a good day), and I am still going to her for my facials. I tried to book with someone closer, but the thought of trusting my face and its issues to anyone else spooked me. I ended up canceling with that person and sticking with Christine. She is extremely knowledgable about all her products and comes up with a custom facial for me depending on what I need that day. Christine has a very gentle touch. In fact, I hate this but 9 times out of 10, I just fall asleep in the middle of my treatment. She is great fun to talk to! Also, Christine never pushes product on me ever. And as an added bonus, I was having a really really bad day and came in crying, and she gave me two big hugs and extra care because as she put it, I needed it! Christine is a very kind person. She cares about her clients. That's why I drive way out of my way to see her and take advantage of her talents.

My brows grow a certain way that makes them difficult to shape properly. I've had my brows butchered by threading (never again!) and waxing at numerous other salons. I am relieved to find Rebekah because she's cautious and skilled. I especially like her because she allows me to close my eyes and relax and doesn't feel the need to carry on a conversation with me the entire time. My introverted soul appreciates that so much.

But my birthday is coming up, so I decided to treat myself to my first brow wax since before the pandemic ruined everyone's routines and met with Branda. She was great. A nice person and she did a lovely job with a great attitude. I'm no newbie to waxing but I got my brows tinted for the first time on this visit, since I'm losing the battle against menopause (as we all do, sooner or later) and she did a good job with color matching and offered me some valuable advice re: magnetic lashes while waiting for the dye to do its thing. I'm always a bit nervous going to someone I've never gone to before but based on her reviews I decided to go. She seeeemed to be taking off more than she originally said but she didn't say anything so I thought maybe they were just the baby hairs that are hard to see but are still there. Once she was done & I looked in the mirror I just literally didn't know what to say. She goes "oh for your face you should have thinner brows; thick ones don't look good on you." I've never had someone tell me how my eyebrows should look & be totally wrong -- especially after I specifically said how I wanted them. Most people always compliment my shape & are envious that I have the brow that most people strive for but never achieve. I'm literally in tears as I'm trying to fill in my brows to give them the shape I've worked so hard to have. Prices are right in the middle with quality work. You can tell when a place is good when all that is in the place is regulars, they have to be doing something right. All my pedicures feel like heaven and my nails are always spot on.
