Darya is an absolute gem! It was my first time getting any Botox/Dysport done on my face to address wrinkles on my forehead. She was very honest and thorough when explaining how everything works. She didn't try to upsell me and she actually helped me with getting a discount through Aspire. I had a chin implant done by Dr. Patel and I love it. He's a sweetheart and super down to earth, and he was very honest about the things I suggested not being ideal or being too much for my anatomy and staying conservative. Patel is willing to tell you what will or won't work which is exactly what you want from a surgeon. The previous surgeon I consulted elsewhere was ready to sign off on every suggestion without much discussion which really bugged me. This review is solely a report of fat graft on Feb 2023 performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Philip Young. I am a senior Asian woman. As I age, deep hollows developed under my cheekbones, giving me a gaunt, harsh appearance. Dr. young is a patient, soft spoken man with an artistic eye. He recommended that I go with fat grafted from my body to fill out those large hollows. He went over in great detail how much fat and from where. My fat graft involved extracting fat from my belly and then injecting it into those hollows. Post surgery I had a large swollen face which subsided gradually over a couple of months. Dr. Young's follow up was meticulous. 2 years in I have a pretty and youthful face. I look 20 years younger than my real age! I am so pleased that I trusted Dr Young! I didn't know that Dr Allegra iwas a ENT and now a plastic surgeon. As mentioned in my previous 5 star rating. I didn't realize this office was part of 2 other offices. I did come back for a rhinoplasty. The quote was actually affordable. I liked Dr Allegra's medical background and he made sure I was comfortable and not nervouse. Dr. Allegra is sooo sweet. I'm ethnic, and I told him I didn't want my nose to look like MJ's (RIP, King of Pop) and wanted to look natural. He did an amazing job. I even had my septum straighten 3 year prior via ENT and my medical insurance paid for it. However what Dr Allegra did was beyond, he made my nose look like it was actually straight, thinner, with a nice tip. You can barely see my scar and I love it. Thank you Dr Allegra He's one of the few surgeons I met that cares about his patience and I adore the front desk ladies that work at this office. read more

Terrible experience! Do not go here! I'll be suing, & people have already sued for an nda that illegally restricted people from giving bad reviews, keeping consumers from knowing what an awful place this is. I had loose skin from weight loss & wanted implants to fill in my chest. He tried to press for the most expensive option in everything, saying I needed a lift no matter what. I declined. He rushed the procedure, I ended up w/ lots of pain on the right side. A few months in, it was obviously falling into the right armpit. He refuses to admit it was his mistake. 10 months later, it has shifted so much I look disfigured. Rather than own up to the mistake & fix it for free, they are trying to charge me 2500 dollars more. For those who haven't gone here, save yourself the emotional distress, money, & time and find a better doctor. UPDATE: They have agreed to fix it for free in January. I'll keep this posted about the care I receive. Hopefully, they will respond to this post with a change to their policy. UPDATE! They have now said I won't get the surgery if I don't remove the post. How many bad reviews do you think were removed due to threats like this? I would have updated that they had treated me better if that had been the case, but I wish there had been honest reviews available to me before I got involved with this place. I'm now asking for them to comp me whatever the corrective surgery is elsewhere. Will they at least honor that without taking them to court? Right now, I'm doubting they will even have that level of basic decency. UPDATE: I have gone to consultations & been told it can cost up to 17000 to fix what Dr. Allegra has done, that they were not positioned well, pocket was made too big, among other things. It is uncertain whether the muscle was released properly (hard to know until actually doing surgery).I was also told that the implants were to wide for my frame. Dr. Allegra had originally planned to put even wider implants in me saying the moderate plus implants would be best. Before the surgery, I felt strongly moderate was wide for my body, scheduled an appointment & switched to the high profile. I can't imagine how terrible I would look now with even wider implants on my narrow frame. I'll try to post the pictures here but uncertain if Google will approve. I don't think an ethical establishment would mind letting someone review documents with plenty of time before making a decision. As stated earlier in my review, they were found to be guilty of illegal ndas so cannot say without legal counsel whether any non disparagement they were wishing me to sign would be legally sound. It is also uncertain whether they actually ever planned to pay the money for my revision seeing as they ignored both of my follow up emails. I was given just a few days to respond ,over the weekend, while I gave them nearly a month after getting the quotes from the other surgeons. Another point, it turned out to be a good thing I got consults from other surgeons as they agreed both breast had issues as you will see in the images. We are all human & make mistakes, but as a professional & even just as an adult we should admit when we haven't done something properly. As another review said, most surgeons will take responsibility when they mess up and rectify the issue, no cost. Let me be clear that my surgery was years ago but I wouldn't go back to this place EVER. My surgery was because of snoring issues. Dr. Allegra was the individual who did the surgery. Not only did he not fix it, he took out tissue that should never be removed (found out later). He also told me (and person accompanying me) that it was in affect an easy surgery and I would be up and about in a few days. Not true. I got sick, very sick. It was necessary for me to go back twice and trust me I didn't want to. More than that was the fact I could tell Allegra was annoyed I was back and I was so uncomfortable because of this and he wasn't gentle. It made no difference as nothing improved. There are other items with this place (policy, important information given after the fact, not accurate, etc.) Fast forward a couple years and I'm seeing an ENT individual because I'm having some issues. Can you imagine my shock when I'm told that tissue has been removed that never should have been removed AND my further shock when the physician asked me if a Dr. Allegra had performed the surgery? I didn't even remember the name Allegra so I asked the physician "how did you know?" He just smiled. DO NOT GO to the Kirkland office **update** After waiting two weeks the lips are lopsided as I thought immediately after the procedure. I I called in after my last appointment to complain about the fee of $60 being unable to talk when working out the money and told it was $20. They said they needed to meet with the medical board and would decide if I got the fee reversed. They decided to give back the fee. Bottom line: Asking for payment while you have numbing cream on your lips, unable to discuss charges, and before they will do the procedure be my guest. Terrible customer service! I called back to have my lips corrected which is an injector error and has never happened in my entire life. I was told, "We cannot schedule you because you are not a good fit for our practice". Ha! Because I called in about a terrible experience instead of improving from it they reject and blame the patient. I was not calling to schedule a new procedure, I was coming in to FIX the injectors error. When I asked why I was not a good fit and when a supervisor could call me the women hung up the phone on me. To be clear I have been here 2 other times and had no issues whatsoever. I have been going to cosmetic surgeons and injectors for 15 years and never been treated like this. Go to Naficy or maybe try Seattle office. Honestly I am completely gobsmacked by this terrible treatment, inaccuracy, and lack of accountability by this office. Seattle in general has terrible customer service versus other cities but this takes the cake. They also make you sign something that you will not sue them, red flags! Day of injections: I came here for injections and the doctor was good and worked to eliminate pain. Very good bedside manner as well. Not sure if my lips are too filled and one size appears larger, we will see. My but the entire rest of the experience was not good and they need to improve the service. 1) They had me refill our all my paperwork after only a year. Apparently this is policy. I get medical history but my name, DOB and basics are not going to change. My time is valuable and they need to make this more efficient for customers 2) The building could use ab update old brown beige and ugly. This is a cosmetic experience it would be nice to have a more pleasant surrounding. 3) If you have to pay with a card and your $$ is over a certain amount you have to pay a 5% service fee which was about $60+. This was not told to me before the appointment. Mentioning on the phone when you book would be very helpful and eliminate any confusion. They said it was in an email they sent me. It may of been in the legalize of the 6 forms they made me fill our online but it was not easily found nor did they ensure the customer understood this. It should be in the body of the email they send as this is highly unusual practice at a cosmetic office. 4) They numbed me up in the mouth for filler meaning I and numbing cream smeared on my lips and could not talk. They then proceeded to take payment and ask me all sorts of questions I could not answer. While numbed I had to accept the service fee which the assistant said was $20. I wanted to give cash to pay down but I couldn't ask questions and $20 I figured fine, but it wasn't $20 it was $60 which is more significant. 5) As you are sitting in the chair they are making you pay instead after the service, felt really odd and rushed. I also shouldn't pay for something that hasn't been completed nor should you be asking me to accept charges without me being able to speak. I was unable to ask any questions at this time. 6) I asked to review other procedures in my intake and the doctor was not aware of the other items I wanted to cover sculptra, lipo etc. Very business oriented and not customer oriented. read more

Staff is nice, wait times are short. Gary is so nice and helpful. Was willing to work with me and try to beat a timeline for laser tattoo removal. He explained all the lasers, how it works, and sympathized with me and my situation. The reason it is not getting 3 stars is due to billing. It is not entirely their fault as they got a new system, but I charged my debit card and got a double charge. It took almost 2 weeks to get a refund for one of them, which on a debit card is pushing it. Definitely would recommend Gary for laser tattoo removal, he is very knowledgeable. read more

I saw Dr Allegra to discuss some type of chin augmentation/surgery as I have a weak chin that I have disliked for over a decade. Dr Allegra (and staff) are all very kind. His bedside manner is impeccable. He was very clear on the surgery and possible complications. The surgery went very well and I healed quickly. I did experience some numbness on the left side of my jaw (which can happen with some patients) but after 3 months it's completely gone. Kybella was not really an option because I didn't have a lot of fat under my chin. I received a small chin implant and the results were fantastic. I've also received Botox from Dr Allegra. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely, 100% would. It honestly pains me that I even have to put a star up there. Dr. Allegra is a liar, plain and simple. I have a damaged nose due to an assault at my place of work (I work for the DDA) and was told over the phone earlier this month that Dr. Allegra handles L&I claims. I specifically asked him about this as I live in Spanaway and didn't want to make the drive all the way to Kirkland just to hear that he wouldn't see me. When I got there, Dr. Allegra seemed great. He helped me out, got me a CT scan so we could see what was going on inside my nasal passages, and ended up telling me that he would write a "very compelling letter" to Labor and Industries for me that would directly link the 'deformities' (his wording, not mine) I now have to the assault at my workplace. This was back on the 6th of November. Today is the 12th and, as I had not heard anything back from my L&I claims manager, I decided to call NW Face and Body first to find out what had happened to the letter Dr. Allegra was supposed to have written. When I called, they couldn't find the letter in the system, so I spoke with Dr. Allegra's assistant (she is amazing- I will attribute the star to her as I have no problems with that lady whatsoever and she was nothing but kind and helpful to me) who informed me that, after Dr. Allegra had 'inquired around,' he had decided to 1) not write the letter and 2) no longer see me, but rather give me the name of someone else who might be able to help me. Dr. Allegra, KNOWING that I have a strict timeline with my L&I claim, not only wasted my time, but also my money, as I may now have to pay the $75 for the CT scan he gave me under false pretenses of future care he apparently had no intentions of giving. Dr. Allegra is a liar who doesn't care about his patients if he doesn't think he can make $$$ off of them, in my experience. He didn't even have the decency to inform me of his decisions. Absolutely pathetic and completely unprofessional, ESPECIALLY as a PROFESSIONAL plastic surgeon. What he did is unforgiveable and absolutely unacceptable. Don't waste your time and money. I came in for dsyport in my masseter due to jaw pain. I had Darya and felt very awkward during the whole session. I told my injector that I was going to call my father about price because he was the one who was paying due to it being medical. She proceeded to laugh and make me feel very weird while I was asking questions because I've never gotten any injection done. We had a miscommunication on price and my card declined. She proceeded to be very awkward about it and laugh about the situation. After we finally settled on a price for what I should get done, I got the dsyport injected and left immediately. She made me feel like I was not taken seriously and embarrassed. I was already a bit embarrassed of my card situation and her laughing at me and having her whole demeanor change made it so much worse. Absolutely fabulous... I visited NWFace for a consultation earlier this week. My former doctor injected BellaFill which resulted in unpleasant lumps under my eyes. Although my previous doctor was apologetic he could not reverse his mistake. Dr. Voss addressed the problem beautifully by offering the remedy she has used successfully in the past with other clients who came to her with similar mishaps. I would like to add, I have used BellaFill over the years in areas which Bella Fill was meant to be injected with beautiful results. My previous BellaFill injections have been unnoticeable and discrete, while giving the added volume it was designed for. I have waited a long time to finally have a tummy tuck. At 50 I was killing myself in the gym to get rid of all this belly fat that was leftover from my C-section 28 years ago. It was not working and I knew I had only one choice left, a tuck. Tucks are not easy they are not in one day out the next, they can be pretty invasive. Not as invasive as 20 years ago, but still. I met with Dr. Allegra and he told me that I was the perfect candidate for a tuck. He would take away my C-section scare, make a new scare, of course, go in and clean out all the leftover tissue, tighten things, rebuild my belly button. I would be under anesthesia for about 3.5 hours and would have drains for a couple of days. I planned the procedure and went in on a Friday morning. The nurses and staff were so good to me. They knew I was nervous and that I had never been under anesthesia before. But they treated me great and were super kind to me. The procedure lasted about 4 hours. It was more extensive than I thought it would be. He literally took off about 6 lbs of fat and tissue. Cleaned up my scare, remade my belly button, and did some thigh lipo while he was in there, which I had requested. The procedure btw is all done there in the office, they have a surgical center and nurses there. And you get to go home right after surgery. NOW this was not an easy surgery. I was walking around that day, but I was off my feet for about 11 days. I could walk, but I did not drive, and I did not sleep flat on my back for at least two weeks. The tissue was rebuilding and stretching. You probably won't be back at work for a while, depending on the severity of your surgery. I had drains in for 7 days and the stitches around my belly button came out with the drains. They put you back together, basically with medical super glue. However here I am almost two years since surgery and I still have swelling some days and some days not. Some days my belly is kind of flat, some days not. Though the skin is smooth, and my stretch marks and C-section scare have been removed. I look pregnant some days because I have this basketball belly. I eat properly, exercise every day, and am very active, but still, the belly has not flattened as I was made to believe it would. And two years later I still have some tenderness even in my belly button area. It was almost two years before I could even wear jeans again because the belly button was so tender. I probably would do the surgery again but my results are not as I was made to believe they would be. I know the results are different for everyone. I am not unhappy but I am not happy either. Two years is a long time for swelling and tenderness. Reach out if you have questions. I came for a consultation and inquiry regarding a long history of ingrown hairs and failed attempts to treat them. Firstly, I had to pay to park at the building, which was really annoying. Secondly, there are two NW face and body offices, one is cosmetic and one is medical as far as I could tell, and it is very confusing. I went to the wrong one at first. Staff was pretty short with me and they all seemed VERY absorbed in their own appearances... to reiterate I was visiting for a medical problem, NOT a cosmetic desire. The esthetician met with me for a few minutes while we discussed my history with ingrown hair, and then went to get the doctor to evaluate whether I had folliculitis. The doctor came in and looked at my leg for 1 second, and said "nope, not a medical problem" and left. This was really frustrating for me, as she didn't explain what she saw, why she came to that conclusion, and couldn't possibly know my medical history or attempts at treating the issue. The esthetician returned and explained my only option would be laser hair removal, which is not covered by insurance and is very expensive. All in all a very demoralizing visit with an environment that thrives on making you feel bad about your appearance so that you'll purchase their services. I've had multiple types of treatments and doctors appointments here. The physicians are wonderful! Very competent. However, it's everyone else who's made me stop coming to Northwest Face. I had surgery here in 2017 and even with all my follow up appointments and asking if I have any outstanding charges (with which they respond no), I am getting threatened to go to collections. When I call about these instances (this happened for three or four visits) they say it's an error, my insurance will cover it. However, I still continued to be threatened by Northwest Face for 1 year. No more! I've moved all of my physicians and have paid everything out of pocket so as to not be further harassed. read more

I can't say how disappointed I am to learn that Gary Beerman, PA, is no longer a staff at NW Face. It seems so many of the staff who have treated my family over the years are gone. I learned that he was gone when I tried to make an appointment. There was no word or mention of his leaving which is odd. Gary is the best. He was the only staff I trusted as he was so knowledgeable, experienced with excellent results. He was also very professional. I gave him 5 stars on Google. I hope to find Gary and will to continue to schedule appointments with him if needed if he is working with another practice. I was contacted by the manager at the Spa, and he apologize for the serviced I received when I first went. He offered me a complimentary pedicure and manicure, which I was absolutely not expecting. I took him up on his offer, and I was blown away. The spa seemed like a completely different place. Everyone was super-friendly, and they were ready for my appointment - no waiting! My manicurist/pedicurist was perfect. She was not too talkative, which I like - I get mani/pedis to relax, not chat. She made me so relaxed, and I loved the job she did on my nails. I would go back except for the prices. They are definitely more expensive than I am used to. I would probably use them if I got a coupon or if they offered Groupons. They validate your parking in the garage for 1-1/2 hours, so if you're getting more than one service, be prepared to pay. As a side note, there were two other women getting pedicures at the same time I was, and it was so enjoyable to listen to them - they seemed like old friends just having a girls' day. They ordered champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, so if you're ever in the mood to pamper yourself, this is definitely the place to go! read more

Mentioned something that had been brought up as a possibility in my medical history within the first 5 minutes to Dr. Allegra. he was jovial. Zero diagnosis. No symptoms. He said it was no big deal, don't worry, surgery will go fine. After full payment, 3 appointments, and a pre-op appointment they cancelled the surgery. I had bought new clothes, given away thousands in Prada, and gucci thinking they would not fit my new shape. I rented 4 days at a $300 air bnb for the surgery since I live out of town. Now I have no surgery. No clothes. No bras-literally and am out of pocket THOUSANDS. WORST Experience of my life. Word to the unwise - don't go here if you're looking for any sort of "spa" experience. It's basically like getting a facial inside a doctor's office, because it is - not comfortable or cozy at all. They don't even try. No dimmed lights, no warm table, no facial massage, etc...nothing about my facial left me feeling pampered... Not to mention the receptionist's desk was just outside the treatment room & everyone stopped there to chat it up loudly before leaving. Given this is a doctor's office you would think they'd give more concern to sound because of HIPAA compliance. Overall I'm sure it was not even worth the cost after using my 50% off birthday coupon...the process felt REALLY rushed. I wasn't in the treatment room for any longer than 40 minutes (I can tell by my time stamps on my text messages) & the lady didn't have time to give me the complimentary skin analysis imaging because she came and got me 15 minutes after my starting time (appointment was supposed to start at 10:45 but she didn't get me until 11). *To make sure I give the full story (so they can't argue with me about this review) I went in for a microdermabrasion process which I was told would be at least an hour. When I arrived the esthetician declined to do it stating that I am not a good candidate (because of facial redness). She offered to do a peel/facial instead & I accepted - thinking it would have been an equivalent time frame. read more

I have never been to this place before, but my regular doctor was out on vacation so I thought I would call and make an appointment here. It looks like the doctors are stellar, but the girl that answered the phone was awful. She was rude, bratty, and was annoyed that I didn't know what doctor I wanted to see. Horrible front desk service, stay away from this place. The front desk staff and Tiffany were so rude, do not know how to handle customer care, when asked on price for a procedure, they are like you come in, we will not provide the price, when I mentioned the nurse mentioned I will be told what the price would be, the front desk staff is like well, I did not mention it and hung up the phone on me. Top notch all the way around! Last year I was pregnant and went to 3 different spas before I found a great prenatal massage therapist. I have since been seeing Amber (tall brunette) and she is AMAZING!! I brought 3 visiting out-of-town friends here (all receive fairly regular massages) and they all commented that this was one of the best massages they have ever received (apparently all of the massage therapists at Northwest Face are wonderful) and one of the most relaxing spa experiences they have had. Since I have been so happy with my massages and pedicures here I decided to try a facial. I haven't been too happy with the place where I have been going the last two years. I had the skin bella treatment and immediately saw a difference. My skin tone looks so much more even, hydrated and clear. The price is on par with other higher-end providers but they offer a 20% discount on a package. AND, you pay as you go so you do not have to put down a large fee at once. Also, they are not product-pushy, which has become a big turn off about the place where I was going. The front desk staff is super friendly and knowledgeable- definitely a make-it or break-it for most places. The relaxation room is so cozy with super comfy chairs and a fireplace, and they almost always have chocolate covered strawberries. Definitely worth the price! read more
