We heard from someone at the bar at another local place that they think the reason why L'Italia changed so much is because it has different owners now. The pizza was absolutely the best that I've had anywhere in the area and the pretzel was delicious as well. The pretzels are made fresh each day (so when they run out, they run out for the day). Watching the pizza cooking in the wood fired oven, with a nice cold beer in my hand was a truly beautiful thing. Unfortunately, because of the poor communication, the rest of my family was able to eat while I was left without a meal. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. For a $7 pizza difference , I would have expected a little more professionalism and an effort to take care of the customer. The restaurant looked clean inside and I really wanted to have a good experience, but the lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
