We arranged a tour, and Doug, the winemaker, guided us through the estate vineyard and into the production facility itself -- a rare glimpse behind the curtain that deepened our appreciation for every pour that followed. Doug's knowledge is remarkable; his passion and expertise came through in every detail he shared, from the vines to the barrel room. We selected the premium tasting flight, which showcased more reds than whites, and the reds were exceptional across the board -- beautifully crafted, each one a pleasure from first swirl to final sip. The grounds are stunning, the staff gracious and welcoming, and parking is easy. A truly memorable experience, and one we intend to repeat. Cheers to Paris Valley Road!

A few others had 10a tastings as well. Jessie handled all of my samples and she was delightful and explained each of the wines to me. It was my second favorite as far as wines I sampled on my trip, and the first was a high bar for them to beat. The grounds were beautiful and they had a beautiful outdoor space for sitting and sampling. It was a chilly morning though, so I stayed inside to enjoy my wines and the descriptions. I would have bought a bottle, but I was flying and didn't know if I'd buy any more at other places. I wish shipping was more cost effective too. Oh well...

It was peaceful, beautiful, and the kind of place where you immediately want to linger for a few extra hours. The wines were excellent across the board, starting with the rosé welcome pour, and I completely fell in love with Sawbones. The hospitality is what really sets Jada apart. I brought my dog, and not only was she welcome, she was absolutely doted on by the staff. By the end of the tasting, I think she was considering staying behind! Michelle was phenomenal--warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared the story of the winery and the wines in a way that made the experience feel personal and special. We never felt rushed and were so well taken care of from beginning to end. I can't recommend Jada enough and already can't wait for my next visit.

When we were planning this trip months ago, I discovered Jada was celebrating their 25th Anniversary with a Wine Dinner. What a wonderful way to enjoy wines, paired with amazing dishes, and an evening with beautiful surroundings! We met the original family and the new family owners of Jada along with staff members. Everyone was very friendly! The GM Josh (son from the OG family), Winemakers, and staff have stayed on thru the transition. In addition, the new owners have acquired another winery close by and plan to open a restaurant and sister the two wineries! Double the tastes? We were very fortunate to be offered many library wines and older vintages. SawBones (Syrah-Cab Blend) remains my personal favorite but many of their wines are just too good not to bring home for future enjoyment. Their blends are amazing along with their WSC Cabernet (98 points). We really liked the Viognier and bought several bottles, and we rarely buy whites! We were told at the event that they take walk-ins, but the website emphasized reservations, so we made one just to be safe. We were greeted in the driveway by the winery dogs, a very welcoming sight! They were great leaders to the tasting room, though they stayed outside for the duration of our visit. We each did the regular flight, which was 1 white and 4 reds during our visit. We did also get an off menu taste. Our favorite from the flight was the whole cluster grenache, we ended up taking a bottle of that one home. We were helped by Erica, she was super fun to chat with and very knowledgeable about the wines. We didn't know this when booking, but the tasting flight came with a snack plate! It had bread, cheese, nuts, some dips, and olives, such a fun surprise. The property and tasting room were beautiful! I also loved that you got to see the massive steel tanks as you walked into the tasting room.
