Our annual adults' trip brought eleven of us to Paris Valley Road, and it proved to be the highlight of our time in Paso Robles. We arranged a tour, and Doug, the winemaker, guided us through the estate vineyard and into the production facility itself -- a rare glimpse behind the curtain that deepened our appreciation for every pour that followed. Doug's knowledge is remarkable; his passion and expertise came through in every detail he shared, from the vines to the barrel room. We selected the premium tasting flight, which showcased more reds than whites, and the reds were exceptional across the board -- beautifully crafted, each one a pleasure from first swirl to final sip. We are members here so we receive some extra perks; discounted bottles, merch and exclusive members only tasting room. This is my favorite place to for brunch or lunch in Paso Robles! The food is Devine! I just had the best Lobster bisque I have ever tasted and I have tasted a lot! The scallops are fantastic too! Service is excellent ! After our brunch, we did wine tasting in the elegant members room. Beautiful atmosphere with edgy but traditional art work. I love this place. Best Winery Facility on 46 East .."Huge" improvement from Arciero, EOS, Broken Earth who all were average. New Ownership, management. Wines are beautifuly crafted and reasonably priced. Wonderful service and such a beautiful little hidden gem. Although it's not hidden at all because it's on the way into Paso from Fresno. The outside is gorgeous as they have the cutest patio sets. But inside is where all the beautiful decor and art is. If you're a member you can sit in the member lounge that has a fire place as well. An absolutely lovely experience mixed with outstanding service. Along the 46, east of town (and Lowe's, and Vina Robles) comes a wonderful French-style wine experience. A beautiful tasting room (plus VIP/members-only room and featuring French restaurant), and an outside patio with tons of tables/chairs overlooking a vineyard, grass area, and an unbelievably gorgeous chateau. Paris Valley Road Estate Winery is easily one of my favorite wineries in Paso Robles. I first stumbled upon it last summer while visiting for the Paso Robles Fair, and after doing a wine tasting, I was instantly hooked! I loved every single wine I tried! I ended up becoming a member, and it has been such a great experience. I recently attended their spring pickup party, and it was fantastic. They had tons of food, live music, and, of course, amazing wine. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful seating both inside and outside, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great glass of wine. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which makes the experience even better. Our first time at Paris, a friend recommended it. We sat outside to take in the view and nice day. 2 of our party bought a chenin to share, they said it was crushable. And then 3 of us did the tasting of the reserve flight. We really liked their reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, it has that Paso grapes taste that we are fond of. We also got the L'Entente and L'Entrevue, both delicious. The price on the wines weren't too bad. Tasting is $35 but waived if buying 3 bottles. I forgot our servers name but she was cool. Even gave us the spring special for the wines! We'll be back for their champagne brunch. read more

This place exceeded my expectations. The food was exceptionally good and clearly high quality. We had the filet mignon, which was so tender it could be cut with a butter knife--easily one of the best we've had. The lobster toast was excellent, with the lobster cooked perfectly. We had such a lovely experience at Paris Valley! The winery is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail is so perfect. Even the bathrooms are beautiful. I love the outdoor patio and it was such a nice day for wine tasting. Laura helped us out with the wine tasting and we had such a lovely time. She was so knowledgeable about all of the wines that we tasted and had a story for each wine which helped us to really savor and appreciate each sip. She was very attentive and you can tell that she is happy and loves what she does. The snacks and charcuterie were amazing as well. We got a few appetizers and each one was so yummy! Absolutely fantastic place to stop for a glass of wine tasting and lunch is especially good

It was our last stop from the long weekend. And before heading back home. First off, this place is beautiful. Have never heard of it but found it just on the maps. First impression, stunning, beautiful property and the vibe was perfect. It was a holiday so it was kind of quiet as most places are either closed or will be closing early. We stopped off for a tasting and it did not disappoint. Right from when you walk in, the whole place was beautifully decorated. There's a beautiful dining area which I assume could be used for a private tasting. As well as the main bar area and to the side was another seating area. As well as the massive outdoor area. There's a huge grassy area and the vineyard as far as the eye can see. Behind is also where the wine are made I believe, with a water fountain. As far as the wine, each and everyone that we've tried was great. From the start to the finished, it was great. The lady that helped us was amazing as well. Friendly and knowledgeable in her craft. The crisp from the whites to boldness from the red, they all were outstanding. This place will for sure be on our list again for the next visit and do recommend giving it a visit. read more

Cab lovers galore. Went here yesterday and had an amazing time. I went with my gf and her aunts and we were all the first ones here. It was nice going on a weekday since hardly anyone was there. When you first walk in the ambiance is pretty stylish. It's not like overly gaudy. Its fun while still being classy. You would just need to see it and you'd understand haha As for the service and wine, both were amazing. Out of all the tastings we did, I don't think there was a single wine I didn't like. My favorites were the 2017 and 2019 Cabs. Lots of fun flavors and juiciness to them but ultimately are big just like my reds. Whoever served us was amazing too. She had short hair and was talking to one of us about favorite TV shows. It was a fun time and definitely will keep this winery in mind the next time I come out to Paso! read more

I was playing a Saturday afternoon jazz gig here yesterday, and my wife and some friends stopped by for a tasting and to listen to the trio. There's a beautiful outside area, but it was way too hot for that, so we were all indoors. It's a very large, open area, with dining room, private room, and spacious seating for tasting. They had a charcuterie board that looked fantastic. I enjoyed the Chardonnay and the Rhône blend I tried. Wife loved the sparkling wine, rose, and Malbec. She had a bag with several bottles as they left A good sign. Staff was great. The owners have done a beautiful job here. We will be back...recommend you add this to your Paso wine tour. read more

Everyone's wine taste is different, and this just isn't ours. The estate is beautiful and location can't be beat. We used to come here when it was a different wine maker. Additionally, this would be our second time as the Paris Valley name. Why we won't come back: - From the time we went when they first opened to yesterday's visit, the wine maker has changed, but we still didn't care for any of the wines. The mix of stainless, oak and cement just didn't taste right for us. We tried both the mixed and reserve flight and for the price point, in comparison to what we tasted elsewhere, wasn't the right quality for us. - This stop was our last on the way out of town so we mainly wanted a dessert with a tasting before going home. The poached pair was the first I've had served fridge cold. I've always had it warmed or room temp so that threw off my expectation. The pot de crème was also more of a fudge consistency than what I know as the dense but still light and airy versions I've had. All in all, the woman who was assigned to us tried. Halfway through it seemed like she knew we didn't care for our experience and quickly just poured things and went on with what she was doing. read more

We've been to Paris Valley twice and we loved our first experience so much we became members. The staff is very relaxed and knowledgeable, the food (meat and cheese board) is so delicious, and the wines are impeccable. We love how beautiful the venue is and how relaxed we are when we taste. This is a winery restaurant. There are not many choices on the menu but the food is great. The portion was a bit smaller than we expected. The scallop was excellent and we liked the dessert very much. The cheesecake with goat cheese is a little bit strong but you get used to it. If you order a bottle of wine you can take the leftover home with you. read more

I visited on Sunday March 3rd and as a member, I've been here many times before. Today I sat in the member's lounge which was really beautifully decorated. Shirona was pouring for me and was very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. There were two flights available: a Mixed Flight and a Reserve Flight. The Reserve Flight was all reds and the Mixed Flight was reds and whites, I chose the Mixed Flight. The Mixed Flight consisted of a 2021 Chenin Blanc, 2021 Malbec Rose, 2019 Cabernet Franc, 2019 Malbec and 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. Since I had some other stops at wineries planned for that day, I unfortunately didn't make it to the Cabernet Sauvignon and I appreciated the fact that I was able to stop my tasting when I wanted. It's hard for me to pick a favorite wine out of all the ones that I tried that day but the Chenin Blanc stood out for me as it's a grape I don't see on many tasting menus and I always enjoy it when I get the chance to have it. They also have a food menu which had a cheese and charcuterie board and even more decadent items like oysters, lobster cocktail and shoyu deviled eggs. There's even poached pear and pot de creme for dessert. I've eaten there before and everything was great but didn't order anything this time around. As far as parking, there's a very large parking lot and I believe 4 spaces for EV's at Tesla chargers. Non-Tesla's will need an adapter to charge. read more

Small, pleasant, elegant and sophisticated- this French themed winery has roots and charm. With years of experience in the wine industry, their wine was some of the finest. We enjoyed a tasting and light snack prior to switching over to the French restaurant. Their food was some of the best I've ever had in my life. The filet mignon (medium rare) was 5 stars. Their scallops - 5 stars. My daughters had lobster, and French toast- the lobster is served cold- but delicious. We will definitely look forward to visiting again in the future. read more

This place is new and amazing. We are used to going to Napa from the Bay Area and the entertainment and wine quality at Paris Valley measures up. Their patio is gorgeous and host, Wesley is super nice. Interior is brand new and the rooms are classy without being cheesy. The wine quality is under-priced (hoping the owners don't read this) and the wine crafting would measure up to Napa wines twice the price range. This is one of the most beautiful wineries I've been too. The vibe is immaculate and the service is great. We did the mixed tasting that starts with a sparkling, goes into one white wine and 3 reds. The tasting was great, all the wines were fantastic and we ordered some unique deviled eggs that were soaked in soy sauce and topped with truffle eggs, I highly recommend trying them (take a bite with cucumber) so good! We had a trip planned to Paseo Robles and wanted to add another winery to our itinerary. I had a hard time making a reservation for a party of 8 and being 2 weeks prior to the trip. I called and emailed Paris Valley and I was able to make my reservation easily. They also sent reminders of my reservation which was great for me as I always second guess myself if I made it on the right day and time. Great communication!! When we arrived we were wowed by how gorgeous it was, although the grapes in December are dried up the inside of the estate is gorgeous. We got a private room which was perfect to enjoy our wine with our group. Our server Was helpful and paced the wine tasting perfectly. We ordered 3 boards charcuterie, cheese, and smoked salmon each $29.99 the wine tastings were $20 each but waived if you buy 3 bottles per person. We enjoyed the wine a great variety, especially the reds. This was truly an enjoyable experience! I will definitely return here. read more
