After sitting down to taste, we did not get a menu so we could see how much we were paying for our tasting. We didn't care for any of the wines and were stunned to find out the tastings for $35 each. Had we known it was that epensive I would've split the tasting. While we were sitting there, I checked their website to see how much the tasting was and could not find it listed anywhere. Such a fun winery for families. We read that this winery is really kids friendly. It was our last stop and our toddler had so much fun. There's a huge pond with huge beautiful koi fish. If you go inside, just ask for fish food. They give one little cup to each person (so they don't get over fed). It's plenty enough. Our toddler enjoyed feeding them. There's no barrier or gate or anything between the patio and pond, so make sure you watch your toddler! As for the wines, we did a tasting and I honestly can't remember because Bianchi was our 3rd winery. I drank so much already and was buzz. My husband bought 2 bottles, at least I can try them at home now. They also had a pizza vendor. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Super fun winery for kids! read more

Checked this place out on New Year's Eve and came back again on New Year's Day as they were one of the only places open. This place is super cute and the wines are tasty. They have an outdoor pond with fish you can feed - just ask them for fish food. Service was great as well. read more

Coming down from Napa Valley, I stumbled along this winery 4 months ago and enjoyed their wines so much I joined their industry club. I came down again to pick up my shipment and had a wonderful tasting with Penny who was so incredibly kind to my dog. She was generous with the wine options and met my needs with the best service and I enjoyed our conversation. The grounds are absolutely stunning and while we tasted inside as it was so hot out, the outside patio area overlooking the koi ponds are spectacular. We have been members for over 15 years and this is first time the experience has been mediocre. We had reservations Friday at noon April 3rd and brought another couple with us to introduce them to Bianchi. Three people working there and the customer service was seriously lacking as if they had no motivation and just did not care. We ordered chucuteri board and I brought small box almond flour crackers due to gluten intolerance in which the female employee told me I could not have that there. We are in our sixties, medical professionals still working and this tone came across demeaning and disrespectful. Also, when we inquired about other wines other than the very LIMITED selection on tasting menu, we were told no other bottles open for tasting and they aren't opening any. This is first time this has ever happened in the many years we have been members. It's Friday and opening a bottle for a tasting will still result in that bottle being poured for more tastings the next day on busy Saturday. Ultimately, our friends did not join the winery and we were embarrassed by the absolute lack of customer service. I hope Bianchi is not going downhill and that particular day was just an unfortunate coincidence. read more

Were we being rushed? I felt like we were being... This was one of the few wineries we hit up the other day. I'll start off with saying that the property is beautiful. They have a cool Koi pond outside that you and your party can sit near if you want. Lots of room if you want to sit inside or outside. The service though was the thing that stood out on this one though. There was a lady who was serving us that basically was trying to give us the breakdown on the tastings. She said something along the lines of, "Well theres about 4-5 of you guys...so try to go easy on me...if you all can get the same kind of tasting." Normally I would wholeheartedly agree if the place is packed or if we showed up with no reservation and they are trying to fit us in or something. But I looked around, and there was only one other group there. A family of 4. The place is practically dead. It's like I understand where you are coming from, but I'm not sure if I would actually say something like that to a customer. As I reflected in that moment, I thought about the 3 other wineries that accommodated us in a similar manner. Half of us like reds wines. Half of us like white wines. None of the other wineries had an issue with it. So just be careful how you choose your words. I'm a pretty reasonable person and never try to put myself in a confrontation moment but other people might not be that way. On top of it all the wines were just ok to me. At least the experience ended well though. The lady did give some extra pours so I can't be mad at that. I definitely would give Bianchi a shot again if the opportunity presented itself. read more

First time here and won't be the last for sure. I found this winery on Yelp and it did not disappoint. Very friendly service and beautiful winery. The grounds are breathing with a small pond in the front. Seating area all around the pond. We came here with my cousins (13 of us) and had a wonderful time. We were celebrating two birthdays all weekend and did lots of winery hopping. Even though we didn't have reservations here they greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. We took two tables outside by the pond and ordered few bottles of rose and bought lots of snacks from them such as pistachios and kettle corn. The rose was amazing. We all loved it. We also tried their wine ice cream that we never had before. It was delicious. Specially the melon flavor. Yummmm. My cousins purchased Rose to take home with them and some merchandise. Okay, this is a tough one. I usually don't bother with 3 star reviews because there's nothing to rave or rage about- lol! I'm making an exception for Bianchi. Let's start with the positive. The tasting room is lovely and the staff are very nice. They had live music on their patio overlooking a pretty koi pond. Their wines were tasty for the most part and the staff gave us a couple extra tastes and threw in a couple of chip pairings. So far so good - BUT - their tasting is $35 and they do not waive that fee no matter how many bottles you purchase. In fact, they don't even waive it if you join their wine club. All you get for joining the club is a measly 10% off and their wines are overpriced so that doesn't really take them down to where they should be priced. Paso has so many wineries to choose from in every price range and we've visited a lot of them. It's okay to be on the pricier side, but not without upping your game. Again - sorry to be a Debbie Downer on a place where we did enjoy the experience, but we will definitely not return to. read more

This was our first stop on our winery tour. We had a reservation at 10:30 but our drive was so much shorter than expected. It wasn't a problem starting our tasting at 10am. The space has these grand wooden doors that opens up to a cozy tasting room. There is a huge deck next to a pod. There is also a lot of outdoor seating. You can get fish food to feed the koi fish. I highly recommend it. It ended up being so much fun feeding the fish and seeing all of them gather. There's a lot of fish too. We had the standard flight and the reserve flight. We enjoyed both of them. However our favorite was the welcome pour of bubbly. That one was the perfect warm weather sunny day drink. My best friend and I booked the Sidecar Tours and Bianchi was the first winery on our tour. We got seated at a table close to the koi pond and had an absolute blast with Wilder. She was very knowledgeable about the wines we tasted and was so fun to talk with. She recommended the wine infused ice cream. We shared the flight because we couldn't decide on a flavor. The ice cream was a tasty addition to the yummy wines we were experiencing. The wine tasting is $35 per person and the fee is waived if you purchase at least $100 in wines. Five stars for the koi pond - and the magic lighting around 3:30pm. But really - super fun to be able to sit out on the deck surrounded by the koi pond. Our children also loved the koi pond and the fish food - those are some well fed fish! The wine was decent, but didn't stand out to me as much as wines from other wineries in the region. And especially not for the price. I felt that the majority of their bottles were more expensive than local competitors and slightly less interesting. The port was pretty darn good and I bought a bottle of that. But the experience was great - they served us sparkling upon arrival even though not listed on either tasting (side note it was a bit too sweet for my liking), the pours on the tastings were healthy, they offered to let us do an extra taste of anything on the menu, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, and the venue was beautiful.
