    Charcuterie board

Such a fun winery for families. We read that this winery is really kids friendly. It was our last stop and our toddler had so much fun. There's a huge pond with huge beautiful koi fish. If you go inside, just ask for fish food. They give one little cup to each person (so they don't get over fed). It's plenty enough. Our toddler enjoyed feeding them. There's no barrier or gate or anything between the patio and pond, so make sure you watch your toddler! As for the wines, we did a tasting and I honestly can't remember because Bianchi was our 3rd winery. I drank so much already and was buzz. My husband bought 2 bottles, at least I can try them at home now. They also had a pizza vendor. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Super fun winery for kids!

Amazing wine, great food, great customer service and amazing views. A beautiful place to taste and enjoy the views

Amazing views of Paso Robles from the guest house at the Bianchi Winery in central California..!! A 3-bedroom house with a full kitchen, A/C, washer and dryer, outdoor barbecue, bocce ball, and corn hole games..!! A wonderful place to relax after a day of golf, wine tasting, sightseeing etc...!! The staff members are so friendly and welcoming to all visitors! Thank you Joe, Andrew and Liz for your hospitality!!

Our absolute favorite winery to visit in Paso Robles. Great wine, amazing views, and friendly staff. We're from Orange County so we frequently visit their Laguna Beach satellite location as well. We're members and love being able to use our perks at both locations. Highly recommended!

We have been members at Bianchi winery for sometime. I love the Paso location. It's by a beautiful pond that has koi fish. The staff happily provides complimentary fish food. Now the wine.. there is not a bad wine on their menu. My favorite is the sparkling, rose, reserve Chardonnay and reserve Cabernet. Service is amazing and they really take care of their members!

Coming down from Napa Valley, I stumbled along this winery 4 months ago and enjoyed their wines so much I joined their industry club. I came down again to pick up my shipment and had a wonderful tasting with Penny who was so incredibly kind to my dog. She was generous with the wine options and met my needs with the best service and I enjoyed our conversation. The grounds are absolutely stunning and while we tasted inside as it was so hot out, the outside patio area overlooking the koi ponds are spectacular. After our tasting we went outside to feed the koi. A must see winery!

While staying at Sun Outdoors Paso Robles we heard good things about the Rose, so we dropped by the tasting room to buy a bottle which we'd planned to take home for dinner - but the grounds were so lovely and the tasting room so tranquil that we asked for glasses. We uncorked the rose on the deck beside the pond and savored every drop while soaking in the last of the day's warmth. Some moments are sacred. Gracie, Bianchi.

Amazing service!! Very knowledge and honest staff! I like that the staff was welcoming and was honestly about the reviews according to their own tastebuds! They served bread sticks with our wine also! I am not a "sparkling" wine person and they were willing to swap out my wines to try something different! They had live music too! I had brought a cake with me and because we had a motorcycle tour I couldn't take it with me and they were so nice to keep it at the winery for us!

The wines are great and at impressively approachable prices. Ask for Brent if possible. He is soooo friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave us some recommendations for off menu tastes at other wineries we were going to. And definitely ask for some food to feed and pet the koi. Yes...I said you can pet the koi!!

First time here and won't be the last for sure. I found this winery on Yelp and it did not disappoint. Very friendly service and beautiful winery. The grounds are breathing with a small pond in the front. Seating area all around the pond. We came here with my cousins (13 of us) and had a wonderful time. We were celebrating two birthdays all weekend and did lots of winery hopping. Even though we didn't have reservations here they greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. We took two tables outside by the pond and ordered few bottles of rose and bought lots of snacks from them such as pistachios and kettle corn. The rose was amazing. We all loved it. We also tried their wine ice cream that we never had before. It was delicious. Specially the melon flavor. Yummmm. My cousins purchased Rose to take home with them and some merchandise. Overall we had a lovely time here enjoying the grounds and the wine. Customer service was super... I highly recommend this winery. A must when in Paso Robles.

This was our first stop on our winery tour. We had a reservation at 10:30 but our drive was so much shorter than expected. It wasn't a problem starting our tasting at 10am. The space has these grand wooden doors that opens up to a cozy tasting room. There is a huge deck next to a pod. There is also a lot of outdoor seating. You can get fish food to feed the koi fish. I highly recommend it. It ended up being so much fun feeding the fish and seeing all of them gather. There's a lot of fish too. We had the standard flight and the reserve flight. We enjoyed both of them. However our favorite was the welcome pour of bubbly. That one was the perfect warm weather sunny day drink. Phillis was great as well with her service being top notch!

We had a wonderful experience at Bianchi! It was our first time visiting. The ambiance is serene with light music playing in the background. Their sparkling wine was crisp, chilled and tasted amazing. We also ordered their charcuterie board which was so delicious. It is such an incredible property with a koi pond and waterfall. Very tranquil setting. The peaches and cream sparkling ice cream was to die for. The service was superb. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
