They didn't have a tire in stock that fit my car so they ordered a tire for me to be delivered that same day. I was on vacation with my family and needed to be back to spend time with them. The problem was that I wouldn't be back until after they closed. So they allowed me to prepay and come after hours and get my key from a hidden spot. When I came to pick up my car I found the invoice and they had written a not on it. Apparently they had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tire for my car. But in the shipment there was a higher quality and more expensive tire that would also fit. They had put that on my car at no extra charge. I am so grateful for these guys and highly recommend them.

From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I feel like you don't often see that in automotive shops. They accommodated me quickly and were able to solve the problem with my trunk and I am so happy that's it's fixed. Several years ago I had Brock rebuild my 7.3 f350 transmission back for me after it went out. I…read morehave been impressed with it ever since with no issues at all. So when my wife's Tahoe started acting up I immediately called him to get some prices. I fully went to his shop and unloaded all the wife's stuff to get it ready to leave for him to get to it when he could. He was several weeks out and I was gonna have to figure out how to find the wife another form of transportation. He wanted to ride in it with me first and put it on his computer. He quickly told me after a short ride that it wasn't my transmission causing the shifting problem. After 30 min of research he was able to determine that my rear tires were more worn than the front and caused the rear to spin faster. And because the wife had it in auto, the computer couldn't figure out if it needed to be in 4 dr or 2 dr. Now anybody could have told me that it was the trans and I would have agreed. The vehicle had tell tale signs and was at about that mileage. But Brock was an honest man. I offered to pay him for his time and help. He refused. I shook his hand and thanked him and went on my way. I write this review because Brocks Transmission will have all my business from now on. And I will tell any of my buds and extended family where they need to go for their transmission problems. There are still honest people left in this world. And Brocks Transmission is one of them.
